【摘要】： 隨著社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型的深入,當(dāng)前中國大學(xué)生面臨的社會(huì)壓力和心理壓力越來越大,加強(qiáng)高校心理健康教育,提高大學(xué)生心理健康水平的社會(huì)需求日益迫切。目前國內(nèi)高校開展心理健康教育的時(shí)間短、理論研究和實(shí)踐探索均不足,尚不能充分發(fā)揮其應(yīng)有作用。他山之石,可以攻玉,本文在吸取國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合我國高校心理健康教育的實(shí)際和特色,探討了學(xué)校社會(huì)工作介入高校學(xué)生心理健康教育的可行性,分析了介入的理論依據(jù)和現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù),提出了兩種具體介入模式,力圖推動(dòng)學(xué)校社會(huì)工作在高校學(xué)生心理健康教育工作中的實(shí)際介入。 本研究共分為五部分。第一部分,介紹本研究的研究背景和研究意義,重點(diǎn)界定了本研究涉及的相關(guān)概念,包括心理健康教育、心理咨詢、心理健康教育模式、學(xué)校社會(huì)工作。第二部分,概述了我國高校心理健康教育模式和國內(nèi)外學(xué)校社會(huì)工作與心理健康教育相互滲透、彼此合作的現(xiàn)狀；分析了我國高校心理健康教育模式的不足,認(rèn)為國內(nèi)應(yīng)該借鑒美國和香港等地學(xué)校社會(huì)工作與心理健康教育合作的經(jīng)驗(yàn),構(gòu)建高校心理健康教育新模式。第三部分,闡述了學(xué)校社會(huì)工作介入高校心理健康教育的可行性。通過比較學(xué)校社會(huì)工作與高校心理健康教育的工作特性、工作目標(biāo)、工作方法、工作對(duì)象,發(fā)現(xiàn)二者既有差異又存在共同之處,這為模式的構(gòu)建提供了前提條件。第四部分,論述了構(gòu)建學(xué)校社會(huì)工作介入高校心理健康教育新模式的理論依據(jù)和現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù),保證了兩種模式構(gòu)建的科學(xué)性和可操作性。第五部分,創(chuàng)造性地提出了學(xué)校社會(huì)工作介入高校心理健康教育的兩種模式；并對(duì)兩種模式進(jìn)行區(qū)分,以便高校根據(jù)自身實(shí)際進(jìn)行模式取舍。兩種模式分別是：學(xué)校社會(huì)工作的理念引入模式、學(xué)校社會(huì)工作者介入模式。學(xué)校社會(huì)工作的理念引入模式構(gòu)建的內(nèi)容包括：(1)學(xué)校社會(huì)工作的三個(gè)重要理念,(2)學(xué)校社會(huì)工作的理念引入模式的目標(biāo),(3)學(xué)校社會(huì)工作的理念引入模式的實(shí)施策略,(4)對(duì)學(xué)校社會(huì)工作的理念引入模式的評(píng)價(jià)。學(xué)校社會(huì)工作者介入模式構(gòu)建的內(nèi)容包括：(1)學(xué)校社會(huì)工作者介入模式的目標(biāo),(2)在學(xué)校社會(huì)工作者介入模式中,學(xué)校社會(huì)工作者與心理健康教育者的角色定位,(3)學(xué)校社會(huì)工作者介入模式的實(shí)施策略,(4)對(duì)學(xué)校社會(huì)工作者介入模式的評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of social transformation, Chinese college students are facing more and more social and psychological pressure. The social demand for improving the mental health level of college students is increasingly urgent. At present, the time of developing mental health education in domestic colleges and universities is short, the theoretical research and practical exploration are insufficient, and they can not give full play to their due role. Based on the research results at home and abroad and the reality and characteristics of mental health education in colleges and universities in China, this paper discusses the feasibility of the involvement of school social work in mental health education of college students. This paper analyzes the theoretical and practical basis of intervention and puts forward two specific intervention modes in order to promote the actual intervention of school social work in the mental health education of college students. This study is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the research background and significance of this study, and defines the related concepts, including mental health education, psychological counseling, mental health education model. The second part, summarizes the mental health education mode of colleges and universities in our country and the current situation of the mutual infiltration and cooperation between the social work and mental health education at home and abroad, analyzes the deficiency of the mental health education mode in our country's colleges and universities. The author thinks that China should draw lessons from the experiences of social work and mental health education in schools in the United States and Hong Kong, and construct a new mode of mental health education in colleges and universities. This paper expounds the feasibility of the involvement of school social work in mental health education in colleges and universities. By comparing the work characteristics, working objectives, working methods and working objects of school social work with that of mental health education in colleges and universities, this paper discusses the feasibility of social work in colleges and universities. It is found that there are not only differences but also common points between them, which provides the prerequisite for the construction of the model. Part 4th discusses the theoretical basis and practical basis for the construction of a new model of school social work involved in the mental health education in colleges and universities. In part 5th, the author creatively puts forward two models of social work in college mental health education, and distinguishes the two models. So that colleges and universities can choose and choose models according to their own reality. The two models are: the concept of school social work is introduced into the model, The contents of the concept introduction model of school social work include: 1) the three important ideas of school social work 2) the goal of the concept introduction model of school social work 3) school social work. The implementation strategy of the concept introduction model 4) the evaluation of the concept introduction model of school social work. The content of the school social worker intervention model construction includes: 1) the goal of the school social worker intervention model 2) in the school society. In the model of worker intervention, The role orientation of School Social Workers and Mental Health educators; (3) the implementation strategy of the school social worker intervention model; (4) the evaluation of the school social worker intervention model.
