【摘要】：近期一些地方接連發(fā)生傷害在校小學(xué)生和幼兒園兒童的惡性案件再一次表明,日益復(fù)雜的校園安全形勢(shì)正成為目前影響社會(huì)穩(wěn)定、容易引發(fā)社會(huì)動(dòng)蕩不安的一大隱患。設(shè)立校園警察,強(qiáng)化校園安全立法,是現(xiàn)代各國(guó)應(yīng)對(duì)校園安全形勢(shì)的普遍做法。我國(guó)在此方面尚無(wú)作為,但可以借鑒他國(guó)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),盡快出臺(tái)《校園安全法》,建立完整有效的校園安全法律保障制度。當(dāng)前,最為重要之事,就是明確校園警察的法律地位,以促進(jìn)校園警務(wù)機(jī)制的盡快構(gòu)建和良性發(fā)展,為校園安全管理提供堅(jiān)實(shí)的保障。
[Abstract]:The recent spate of vicious cases of injuries to schoolchildren and kindergarten children in some places shows once again that the increasingly complex campus security situation is now affecting social stability. The establishment of campus police and the strengthening of campus safety legislation are the common ways for modern countries to deal with the campus security situation. China has not done anything in this respect. However, we can draw lessons from the successful experience of other countries, as soon as possible "Campus Safety Law", to establish a complete and effective campus security legal protection system. At present, the most important thing is to make clear the legal status of campus police. In order to promote the construction and healthy development of campus policing mechanism as soon as possible, to provide a solid guarantee for campus safety management.
