【摘要】：目的考察組織性質、工作性質及工作量3種工作相關因素對學校心理咨詢師職業(yè)耗竭的影響,為促進其職業(yè)心理健康提供依據。方法使用MBI-HSS問卷和工作相關因素調查表對80名學校心理咨詢師進行問卷調查。結果中學心理咨詢師和高校心理咨詢師在職業(yè)耗竭水平的3個維度差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P值均0.05);專職心理咨詢師在個人成就感維度得分高于兼職咨詢師,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。學校心理咨詢師的工作量與個人成就感維度具有顯著負相關(P0.05)。結論組織性質、工作性質及工作量對學校心理咨詢師職業(yè)耗竭的水平高低有重要的影響作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the factors related to the nature of the organization, the nature of work and work 3 for school counselors occupation burnout, and provide the basis for the occupation of mental health. Methods using MBI-HSS questionnaire and job related factors questionnaire conducted a questionnaire survey of 80 school counselors. The school counselors and college counselors in the 3 dimensions of occupation exhaustion level difference there was statistically significant (P < 0.05); full-time counselors in personal accomplishment scores higher than part-time consultants, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The workload and the school counselor's sense of personal accomplishment dimension has significant negative correlation (P0.05). Conclusion the nature of the organization, the nature of work and work on school counselors occupation exhaustion level there is an important role.
