【摘要】：在信息化教育的今天,各國都非常重視對教師的繼續(xù)教育,尤其重視對教師進行現(xiàn)代教育技術和信息技術的培訓。各高校紛紛開展了有計劃、有步驟的長期、短期的教師教育技術培訓。這些培訓逐步普及了教師們的信息技術知識,讓教師們在最短的時間內(nèi)熟悉和了解技術。然而,當前的高校教育技術培訓也存在著不少問題。廣西高校教師教育技術培訓存在的問題主要有教育技術培訓課程難以做到“因材施教”,培訓強度高,培訓時間短,受訓教師難以消化,培訓方式單一,圍繞著培訓的支持服務力度不夠等。 本文將遠程教育學中的學習支持服務觀引入高校教師教育技術培訓中來,力求用系統(tǒng)觀的觀點來探討如何為高校教師教育培訓提供全方位的學習支持服務,從教師的角度出發(fā),建立一個教師培訓學習支持服務網(wǎng)站,構建高校教師教育技術培訓學習支持服務系統(tǒng)模型,以促進高校教師教育技術工作更有效的開展,切實的為提高教師的教育技術水平服務。 在理論分析的基礎上,編制了《高校教師教育技術培訓調(diào)查問卷》,了解高校教師培訓現(xiàn)狀和教師需求。通過對廣西高校教師進行抽樣調(diào)查和訪談,獲取受試者對培訓學習支持服務系統(tǒng)構建的意見,并對反饋意見進行分析,完善高校教師教育技術學習支持服務系統(tǒng)的功能,提出了構建高校教師培訓學習支持服務系統(tǒng)的具體建議。
[Abstract]:In the informatization of education today, all countries attach great importance to the teachers' continuing education, with particular emphasis on modern educational technology and information technology training for teachers. All colleges and universities have carried out a long-term plan, step by step, short-term teacher education and technical training. These training gradually popular teachers' knowledge of information technology, let teachers' knowledge and understanding of technology in the shortest period of time. However, the current educational technology training in universities. There are also many problems existing in the training and technical education of Guangxi teachers in Colleges and universities are the main problems of educational technology training curriculum to achieve individualized training, high intensity, short training time, training teachers training harder to digest. A single, around training support services is inadequate.
The distance education learning support service in view of educational technology training for teachers in Colleges and universities is introduced to discuss how to provide a full range of learning support services for University Teachers' education and training to use system view, from the teachers' perspective, the establishment of a teacher training learning support service website construction, support and service system in university teacher education and technical training, in order to promote the development of College Teachers' educational technology work more effectively, and to improve the level of teachers' educational technology service.
On the basis of theoretical analysis, compiled "college teachers educational technology training questionnaire >, understanding of College Teachers' training status and needs of teachers. Through the sample survey and interview of teachers in University in Guangxi, obtaining the subjects of building the learning support service system of training and feedback analysis, improve the college teachers' Education technology learning support service system, puts forward specific suggestions of support service system of university teachers training.
