面向高級學(xué)習(xí)者的教學(xué)設(shè)計

【摘要】:如何進行面向高級學(xué)習(xí)者的教學(xué)設(shè)計,正成為學(xué)習(xí)科學(xué)與教學(xué)設(shè)計兩個領(lǐng)域共同關(guān)注的前沿主題。筆者在借鑒國內(nèi)外大量研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,試圖對此進行理論辨析與策略構(gòu)建。本文的結(jié)論是,認(rèn)知負(fù)荷理論是當(dāng)前廣受推崇的教學(xué)設(shè)計理論,但其局限性在于,它僅面向?qū)W習(xí)者初始技能的獲得,在專家知識發(fā)展上的適用性顯得不足。因此,認(rèn)知負(fù)荷理論亟待拓寬視野,將專家績效研究的諸多方法和結(jié)論納入到自身的理論框架中來。通過兩種框架的整合來設(shè)計教學(xué)和培訓(xùn),將為我們勾勒未來教學(xué)設(shè)計深入發(fā)展的生動圖景。
[Abstract]:How to carry out teaching design for advanced learners is becoming a frontier topic in the fields of learning science and teaching design. On the basis of drawing lessons from a large number of domestic and foreign research results, the author tries to analyze and construct the strategy. The conclusion of this paper is that cognitive load theory is a widely respected teaching design theory at present, but its limitation is that it is only oriented to the acquisition of learners' initial skills and its applicability in the development of expert knowledge is insufficient. Therefore, it is urgent to broaden the field of vision of cognitive load theory and incorporate many methods and conclusions of expert performance research into its own theoretical framework. Through the integration of the two frameworks to design teaching and training, we will outline the vivid picture of the in-depth development of teaching design in the future.
