基礎教育階段教師素養(yǎng)自我評價指標體系研究

【摘要】:構建科學的教師素養(yǎng)自我評價指標體系對教師自我改進具有重要作用�;贏HP法,結合教師素養(yǎng)的內涵和關鍵要素,對基礎教育階段教師素養(yǎng)影響因素進行系統(tǒng)整合,構建評價指標體系。該指標體系以基礎教育階段教師素養(yǎng)為目標層,以基礎素養(yǎng)、專業(yè)素養(yǎng)、綜合型素養(yǎng)為核心要素層,以20個支撐指標為要素層構成。確定了各指標權重,且利用加權求和思維嘗試性地測試了基礎教育階段教師素養(yǎng)自我評價。
[Abstract]:The construction of scientific teacher literacy self-evaluation index system plays an important role in teachers' self-improvement. Based on AHP method, combined with the connotation and key elements of teachers' literacy, this paper systematically integrates the influencing factors of teachers' literacy in the stage of basic education, and constructs the evaluation index system. The index system takes teachers' literacy in the stage of basic education as the target layer, basic literacy, professional literacy and comprehensive literacy as the core element layer, and 20 supporting indicators as the element layer. The weight of each index is determined, and the self-evaluation of teachers' literacy in the stage of basic education is tested by using weighted summation thinking.
