中小學(xué)心理健康教師職業(yè)倦怠的現(xiàn)狀、成因與對策

【摘要】:教師是職業(yè)倦怠的高發(fā)人群。對中小學(xué)心理健康教師調(diào)查的結(jié)果顯示,中小學(xué)心理健康教師普遍存在職業(yè)倦怠問題,尤其表現(xiàn)為個人成就感降低。針對這一現(xiàn)象,有關(guān)部門應(yīng)加大督導(dǎo)力度,完善評價機(jī)制,為心理健康教師提供盡可能多的幫助,心理健康教師應(yīng)學(xué)會自我調(diào)適,加強(qiáng)與同行交流和豐富個人生活,以解決中小學(xué)心理健康教師的職業(yè)倦怠問題。
[Abstract]:Teachers are the high incidence of job burnout. The results of investigation on mental health teachers in primary and secondary schools show that there is a general problem of job burnout in mental health teachers in primary and secondary schools, especially the decrease of personal sense of achievement. In view of this phenomenon, the relevant departments should strengthen supervision, improve the evaluation mechanism, and provide as much help as possible for mental health teachers. Mental health teachers should learn to adjust themselves, strengthen communication with their peers and enrich their personal lives. In order to solve the problem of job burnout of mental health teachers in primary and secondary schools.
