【摘要】：當(dāng)前軍校非現(xiàn)役文職教員中存在焦慮、失衡、自卑、孤獨(dú)等心理健康問(wèn)題,解決這些問(wèn)題,可采取如下對(duì)策:加強(qiáng)動(dòng)機(jī)教育,增強(qiáng)非現(xiàn)役文職教員的職業(yè)認(rèn)同感;堅(jiān)持"以人為本’,為非現(xiàn)役文職教員營(yíng)造和諧的人際環(huán)境;依據(jù)非現(xiàn)役文職教員的個(gè)性心理特點(diǎn),拓寬管理途徑;不斷提高非現(xiàn)役文職教員自我心理調(diào)控能力。
[Abstract]:At present, there are mental health problems such as anxiety, imbalance, low self-esteem and loneliness in the non-active civilian staff of the military academy. The following measures can be taken to solve these problems: to strengthen the motivation education and to enhance the professional identity of the non-active civilian teachers; to adhere to the following measures: "People-oriented" To build a harmonious interpersonal environment for non-active civilian teachers; to broaden the management approach based on the individual psychological characteristics of non-active civilian teachers; and to continuously improve the self-psychological control ability of non-active civilian teachers.
