【摘要】：目的:探討教師成人依戀對(duì)其師生互動(dòng)風(fēng)格的影響。方法:以親密關(guān)系體驗(yàn)—修訂版(ECR-R)和教師風(fēng)格問卷(QTI)為測(cè)量工具,對(duì)103名中小學(xué)教師和2503名中小學(xué)學(xué)生進(jìn)行測(cè)評(píng)。結(jié)果:①四種依戀型教師的師生互動(dòng)風(fēng)格分別表現(xiàn)為:安全型—領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的和理解的、恐懼型—嚴(yán)格的和學(xué)生負(fù)責(zé)自由的、冷模型—訓(xùn)誡的和嚴(yán)格的、迷戀型—理解的和學(xué)生負(fù)責(zé)自由的;②成人依戀兩個(gè)維度與師生互動(dòng)風(fēng)格兩個(gè)維度呈顯著的負(fù)相關(guān);③成人依戀的回避維度和焦慮維度分別顯著影響師生互動(dòng)風(fēng)格的親和性維度和影響性維度。結(jié)論:教師的成人依戀特點(diǎn)對(duì)其師生互動(dòng)風(fēng)格有較強(qiáng)的預(yù)測(cè)能力。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effect of adult attachment on teacher-student interaction style. Methods: 103 primary and middle school teachers and 2503 primary and middle school students were measured with the intimate relationship experience revision (ECR-R) and teacher style questionnaire (QTI). Results: (1) the teacher-student interaction styles of the four attachment teachers were safety type-leadership style and understanding style, fear type-strict type and student responsibility free style, cold model-admonition style and strict style, respectively. Infatuation-understanding and student responsibility for freedom; (2) the two dimensions of adult attachment have significant negative correlation with the two dimensions of teacher-student interaction style; (3) the avoidance dimension and anxiety dimension of adult attachment have significant effects on the affinities and influencing dimensions of teacher-student interaction style respectively. Conclusion: the characteristics of adult attachment of teachers have strong predictive ability to their teacher-student interaction style.
