【摘要】：結(jié)合甘肅省農(nóng)村中小學(xué)現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程教育工程實施的具體情況,對甘肅省農(nóng)村中小學(xué)現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程教育中的教師培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀進行了一定的研究,分析了影響遠(yuǎn)程教育培訓(xùn)效果的若干因素,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了提高甘肅省農(nóng)村中小學(xué)現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程教育培訓(xùn)效果的相應(yīng)對策。
[Abstract]:Combined with the concrete situation of the implementation of the modern distance education project in rural primary and secondary schools in Gansu province, this paper studies the present situation of teachers' training in modern distance education in rural primary and middle schools in Gansu province, and analyzes some factors that affect the effect of distance education and training. On this basis, the corresponding countermeasures to improve the effect of modern distance education in rural primary and secondary schools in Gansu province are put forward.
