教師職前教育課程設(shè)置的中英比較

【摘要】: 教師教育是對(duì)教師培養(yǎng)和培訓(xùn)的統(tǒng)稱(chēng),是實(shí)現(xiàn)教師終身學(xué)習(xí)、終身發(fā)展的歷史要求。教育目標(biāo)是培養(yǎng)什么樣的人,課程設(shè)置的目標(biāo)是通過(guò)什么樣的方式以什么樣的內(nèi)容來(lái)完成培養(yǎng)什么樣人的過(guò)程!耙詫W(xué)校為基地”的英國(guó)教師教育模式,以及具有特色的BED(Bachelor of Education)課程、PGCE(Postgraduate Certificate of Education)課程,它們各自有著獨(dú)特的課程設(shè)置體系。為此,本人基于前人的研究,對(duì)英國(guó)教師職前教育課程的設(shè)置,進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的評(píng)述和分析,把握英國(guó)教師職前教育課程的現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)中英教師職前教育課程進(jìn)行比較,為我國(guó)教師教育朝著綜合化、高等教育化和國(guó)際化發(fā)展提供可資借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 全文共分五部分:第一部分是論文引言,在這一部分首先進(jìn)行了文獻(xiàn)綜述,然后敘述了本研究的背景,指出了進(jìn)行本研究的思路及所用的方法,最后對(duì)本文所涉及到的幾個(gè)基本概念進(jìn)行了解釋。第二部分,概述了英國(guó)教師職前教育設(shè)置的特點(diǎn)。第三部分,回顧了中英教師教育的發(fā)展歷程,再?gòu)呐囵B(yǎng)機(jī)構(gòu)、課程目標(biāo)、課程結(jié)構(gòu)和課程內(nèi)容四個(gè)主要緯度對(duì)中英兩國(guó)教師職前教育課程設(shè)置進(jìn)行比較;第四部分,通過(guò)以上論述,指出我國(guó)教師職前教育課程設(shè)置中存在的問(wèn)題。第五部分,提出英國(guó)教師職前教育課程設(shè)置對(duì)我國(guó)的啟示。
[Abstract]:Teacher education is a general term for teacher training and training, and a historical requirement for the lifelong learning and development of teachers. The goal of education is to cultivate what kind of person, and the goal of curriculum is to complete the process of cultivating what kind of person by what kind of content. The "school-based" British teacher education model, as well as the characteristic BED (Bachelor of Education) (Postgraduate Certificate of Education) curriculum, each has its own unique curriculum system. Therefore, based on the previous research, I make a systematic comment and analysis on the setting of teacher pre-service education curriculum in Britain, grasp the present situation of teacher pre-service education curriculum in Britain, and compare the Chinese and British pre-service education curriculum. It can be used for reference for the integration, higher education and international development of teacher education in China. The paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction of the paper. In this part, the literature review is first carried out, then the background of this study is described, and the ideas and methods used in this study are pointed out. Finally, some basic concepts involved in this paper are explained. The second part summarizes the characteristics of teacher pre-service education in Britain. In the third part, the author reviews the development of teacher education in China and Britain, and compares the teacher pre-service education curriculum between China and Britain from four main aspects: training institutions, curriculum objectives, curriculum structure and curriculum content. Through the above discussion, pointed out the teacher pre-service education curriculum in our country existing problems. In the fifth part, the author puts forward the enlightenment of teacher pre-service education curriculum to our country.
