【摘要】：高等職業(yè)院校教師下企業(yè)實(shí)踐鍛煉,目的是為了讓教師了解企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)組織方式和工藝流程,熟悉企業(yè)相關(guān)崗位職責(zé)、操作規(guī)范和管理制度,體驗(yàn)本專業(yè)的新知識(shí)、新技能、新工藝和新方法,同時(shí)結(jié)合企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)實(shí)際,在課程改革中有的放矢地完善人才培養(yǎng)方案和課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn),提高技能型人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。職業(yè)素養(yǎng)和職業(yè)能力越來(lái)越被用人單位注重,高職師資職業(yè)素養(yǎng)是為學(xué)校培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)人才提供重要的保證,企業(yè)社會(huì)實(shí)踐是一種從技能、專業(yè)、思想、意識(shí)等方面來(lái)提高教師職業(yè)素養(yǎng)的重要手段。
[Abstract]:In order to let teachers understand the production organization and process flow of enterprises, the purpose of the practice of higher vocational college teachers is to familiarise themselves with the enterprise's production organization and process process, to be familiar with the relevant job responsibilities of the enterprise, the operation standard and management system, to experience the new knowledge, new skills, new techniques and new methods of this major, and to combine the production practice with the enterprise in the same time. To improve the training program and curriculum standards, improve the quality of skilled personnel training, professional quality and professional ability more and more attention to the employers, vocational quality of higher vocational teachers is to provide important guarantee for the training of high quality personnel in the school, enterprise social practice is to improve teachers from skills, professional, ideological, consciousness and other aspects to improve teachers An important means of professionalism.
