【摘要】："民族民間文化進(jìn)課堂"是貴州省政府為保護(hù)和傳承民族文化而實(shí)施的一項(xiàng)政策性措施,以項(xiàng)目資助的方式,先在23所學(xué)校試點(diǎn),非項(xiàng)目學(xué)校也在不同程度上自覺進(jìn)行民族民間文化教育。項(xiàng)目主管部門省民委和省教育廳組織專家對(duì)開展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行了評(píng)估,評(píng)估發(fā)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目存在以下困境:經(jīng)費(fèi)短缺不足以支撐長期發(fā)展、教學(xué)質(zhì)量不能得到有效保證、師資問題非常嚴(yán)重、管理有待厘清和強(qiáng)化。進(jìn)而提出必須加強(qiáng)制度建設(shè),在經(jīng)費(fèi)保障及監(jiān)管、民族教育管理、教學(xué)質(zhì)量的考評(píng)等方面必須常規(guī)化、機(jī)制化,將其整合到正規(guī)教育的管理中;建立多元人才資源庫,以寬闊的視野來解決民族教育的師資問題;民族教育關(guān)系到民族地區(qū)的可持續(xù)性發(fā)展及民族地區(qū)優(yōu)勢(shì)的保持,地方各級(jí)政府對(duì)此應(yīng)加以細(xì)致而持久的關(guān)懷。
[Abstract]:"National Folk Culture into the classroom" is a policy measure implemented by the Guizhou Provincial Government to protect and inherit the national culture. Non-project schools also consciously carry out national folk culture education in varying degrees. The provincial civil affairs committee and the provincial education department, the competent departments of the project, organized an expert assessment of the status of the project and found that there were difficulties in the project: the shortage of funds was insufficient to support long-term development and the quality of teaching could not be effectively guaranteed. Teacher problem is very serious, management needs to be clarified and strengthened. Furthermore, it is necessary to strengthen the system construction, to ensure and supervise the funds, to manage the national education, to evaluate the teaching quality and so on, to integrate it into the management of the formal education, to establish the multi-talent resource bank, and so on. The national education is related to the sustainable development of the minority areas and the maintenance of the advantages of the minority areas, and the local governments at all levels should pay careful and lasting attention to it.
