【摘要】：臺灣的基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革又稱之為九年一貫課程改革,自1997年啟動(dòng)迄今,若問其成敗,大致可曰"改革尚未成功,盤整仍須努力";若論其成效與展望,則大致可曰"病急亂投,矯枉過正,錯(cuò)誤在所難免;對癥下藥,提綱挈領(lǐng),細(xì)調(diào)應(yīng)可回春"。課改過程及其成效所涉因素與配套,千頭萬緒,頗為繁雜,無法一一絲縷細(xì)說,爰僅能就其犖犖大者,諸如改革的背景脈絡(luò)、改革理想與現(xiàn)實(shí)、執(zhí)行戰(zhàn)略與戰(zhàn)術(shù)、教科書編審選用、職前師培素質(zhì)與教師在職專業(yè)增能等議題,略就研究者于改革實(shí)施以來參與行動(dòng)實(shí)踐與研究之經(jīng)驗(yàn)、省思與心得。總結(jié)而言,臺灣課改政策之執(zhí)行,先前由于一綱模糊而致治絲益棼,今課改成效回春之方劑或在于,參照并調(diào)整"板橋課程發(fā)展模式",委由專責(zé)單位將課程綱要予以具體化、明確化、階層化與系統(tǒng)化,冀其賴以綱舉目張,而竟臻"鞏固基礎(chǔ)教育工程,開創(chuàng)富而好禮新局"之理想。
[Abstract]:The basic education curriculum reform in Taiwan is also called the nine-year consistent curriculum reform. Since its inception in 1997, if we ask about its success or failure, it can be said that "if the reform has not yet succeeded, consolidation still has to work hard." Overcorrection, mistakes are inevitable; the right medicine, outline, fine tune should be able to return to spring. " The process of curriculum reform and the factors involved in its effects and their supporting sets are so complicated that they cannot be explained in detail, so that they can only carry out strategies and tactics in terms of their major aspects, such as the context of reform, the ideal and reality of reform, and the implementation of strategies and tactics. On the topics of textbook editor selection, pre-service teacher training quality and teachers' on-the-job professional empowerment, this paper gives some thoughts and experiences on the experience of researchers' participation in action practice and research since the implementation of the reform. To sum up, the implementation of Taiwan's curriculum reform policy, which was previously caused by a vague program, may be the prescription for reviving the effectiveness of the current curriculum reform. Referring to and adjusting the "Banqiao Curriculum Development Model," the specific unit responsible for the implementation of the curriculum outline may specify the curriculum outline. Clarity, stratification and systematization, in order to rely on a programmatic, and actually to "consolidate the basic education project, create a rich and courteous new bureau" ideal.
