【摘要】：教師網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)是隨著網(wǎng)絡與網(wǎng)絡技術(shù)在教育教學領域中的廣泛應用而被提出的新概念,它是教師信息素養(yǎng)的重要組成部分,對教師網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)的研究具有十分重大的理論及實踐意義。從理論層面上講,深入研究教師網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)可以豐富教師信息素養(yǎng)的研究理論,為培養(yǎng)與提高教師信息素養(yǎng)提供更多的理論依據(jù)。從實踐層面上講,深入研究教師網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)以培養(yǎng)和提高教師的網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng),不但對培養(yǎng)信息化人才、實現(xiàn)國家信息化具有重大意義,而且對促進教學模式改革、實現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡教學也具有實踐價值。隨著我國基礎教育信息化的快速發(fā)展,中小學教師網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)的培養(yǎng)已是當務之急。本文在對教師網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)的概念進行界定的基礎上,結(jié)合問卷調(diào)查和訪談,對中小學教師網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀與培養(yǎng)策略進行研究。 論文共分三部分: 第一部分對教師網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)的概念進行界定。首先界定了網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)的概念與內(nèi)涵。其次對網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)與信息素養(yǎng)的關系進行深入分析,提出網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)是信息素養(yǎng)的核心組成部分。再次對教師網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)的內(nèi)涵、結(jié)構(gòu)體系及特征進行探討。認為教師網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)是在一定網(wǎng)絡知識的基礎上,能夠有意識的接觸網(wǎng)絡、使用網(wǎng)絡并通過網(wǎng)絡進行與自身學科相關的教學與研究,同時遵守網(wǎng)絡規(guī)則,具備網(wǎng)絡道德的一種綜合體。其內(nèi)涵包括網(wǎng)絡知識、網(wǎng)絡意識、網(wǎng)絡道德與網(wǎng)絡能力四個方面。在內(nèi)涵結(jié)構(gòu)體系中網(wǎng)絡知識是基礎,網(wǎng)絡意識是動力,網(wǎng)絡道德是保障,網(wǎng)絡能力是核心。專業(yè)性、發(fā)展性、層次性與融合性是教師網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)的特征。 第二部分對中小學教師網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀進行了調(diào)查與分析。在河南省部分中小學進行了“教師網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀”的問卷與訪談調(diào)查,并采用了 SPSS for Windows 11.0 統(tǒng)計軟件對回收的問卷資料進行統(tǒng)計分析處理。調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示:當前中小學教師的網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)呈結(jié)構(gòu)不均衡狀態(tài),整體素養(yǎng)偏低。多數(shù)教師具備一定的網(wǎng)絡基礎知識,并具有較好的網(wǎng)絡意識與網(wǎng)絡道德,但是網(wǎng)絡素養(yǎng)的核心部分——網(wǎng)絡
[Abstract]:The teachers' network literacy is a new concept with the wide application of network technology in the field of education in the teaching has been proposed, it is an important part of teachers' information literacy, it has important theoretical and practical significance to research on the teachers' network literacy. In theory, the theory of in-depth study of the teachers' network literacy can enrich teachers' information literacy, to provide more theoretical basis for training and improving teachers' information literacy. In practice, in-depth study of the teachers' network literacy training and improve teachers' network literacy, not only to cultivate talents, realize national informatization is of great significance, but also to promote the reform of the teaching mode, network teaching also has practice value. With the rapid development of China's basic education information, it is a pressing matter of the moment cultivation of teachers' Network Literacy in primary and middle schools. Based on the teaching On the basis of the definition of the concept of teachers' network literacy, the present situation and training strategies of primary and secondary school teachers' network literacy are studied with questionnaires and interviews.
The thesis is divided into three parts:

The investigation and analysis of the second part of the status of teachers' Network Literacy in primary and middle schools. The questionnaire and interview of teachers' Network Literacy in primary and middle schools in Henan Province, and using the SPSS for questionnaire Windows 11 statistical software to recover the statistical analysis.
