【摘要】：義務(wù)教育均衡發(fā)展是當(dāng)前民族教育工作的熱點和重點,教育信息化是促進(jìn)民族地區(qū)義務(wù)教育均衡發(fā)展的新的有效路徑。以信息化促進(jìn)民族地區(qū)義務(wù)教育均衡發(fā)展的機(jī)制是:信息化可以促進(jìn)義務(wù)教育教學(xué)資源配置均衡、師資隊伍發(fā)展均衡和教學(xué)質(zhì)量均衡。其過程具有階段性、動態(tài)性、長期性、滯后性、路徑依賴性和多樣性特點。以信息化促進(jìn)民族地區(qū)義務(wù)教育均衡發(fā)展的優(yōu)化策略是:教育信息化一體化是保障、教學(xué)應(yīng)用是核心、機(jī)制創(chuàng)新是關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:The balanced development of compulsory education is the hot spot and key point of ethnic education at present, and educational informatization is a new and effective way to promote the balanced development of compulsory education in ethnic minority areas. The mechanism of promoting the balanced development of compulsory education in ethnic minority areas is that informatization can promote the balanced allocation of compulsory education teaching resources, the development of teaching staff and the balance of teaching quality. The process has the characteristics of stage, dynamics, long-term, lag, path dependence and diversity. The optimization strategy of promoting the balanced development of compulsory education in ethnic minority areas with informatization is as follows: the integration of educational informatization is the guarantee, the teaching application is the core, and the mechanism innovation is the key.
