【摘要】：1989年,聯(lián)合國教科文組織將"學(xué)會關(guān)心"作為21世紀人才培養(yǎng)的目標。人類的關(guān)懷能力是一種進化而來的能力,動物與人類嬰兒就具有生物關(guān)懷的傾向,能夠關(guān)心身邊的親人與朋友,關(guān)心自己族群內(nèi)部的成員。但是,在全球化世界,特別是隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展,人與人之間相互聯(lián)系,互相影響。在這種情形下,我們必須將生物傾向的自然關(guān)懷拓展到共同的倫理關(guān)懷,其中,學(xué)校教育發(fā)揮了重要的作用。共同倫理關(guān)懷的形成對社會族群的建立與維持、對培養(yǎng)具有國際視野的公民具有重要的作用。
[Abstract]:In 1989, the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) took the "learn to care" as the target of the cultivation of the 21st century The human's ability to care is a kind of evolved ability, and the animal and the human infant have the tendency of biological care, and can be concerned with the relatives and friends, and care about the members within their own communities. However, in the globalized world, especially with the development of the Internet, people and people are in touch with each other and influence each other. In this situation, we must extend the natural care of the biological tendency to the common ethical concern, in which the school education plays an important role. The formation and maintenance of the common ethical concern has an important role in the development of the citizens with international visual field.
