規(guī)訓(xùn)者與被規(guī)訓(xùn)者——規(guī)訓(xùn)場(chǎng)域中教師角色的再審視

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代社會(huì)是規(guī)訓(xùn)社會(huì),在規(guī)訓(xùn)場(chǎng)域中,教師作為一個(gè)矛盾的角色存在,其既是規(guī)訓(xùn)者,又是被規(guī)訓(xùn)者。在傳統(tǒng)的觀點(diǎn)中,教師往往被作為教育系統(tǒng)的強(qiáng)勢(shì)群體即規(guī)訓(xùn)者看待,是權(quán)力的實(shí)施者,而很少提及教師其實(shí)也是被規(guī)訓(xùn)者,也是規(guī)訓(xùn)的受害者。教師作為規(guī)訓(xùn)者,用種種手段與策略規(guī)訓(xùn)著學(xué)生;教師也是被規(guī)訓(xùn)者,處于被規(guī)訓(xùn)的困境,承受著種種規(guī)訓(xùn),帶著鐐銬與枷鎖跳舞。教師需要超脫自身規(guī)訓(xùn),在籌劃、覺(jué)解、批判、忘卻中尋求自身解放,在愛(ài)與尊重中解放學(xué)生,進(jìn)而在以后的教學(xué)中更好地培養(yǎng)人,多一些教育、少一些規(guī)訓(xùn),多一些靈魂的解放、少一些生命的禁錮。
[Abstract]:Modern society is a disciplined society. In the field of discipline, teachers exist as a contradictory role, which is both the disciplined and the disciplined. In the traditional view, teachers are often regarded as the strong group of the education system, that is, the disciplined, and are the implementers of power, and it is rarely mentioned that teachers are also disciplined and victims of discipline. As a disciplined person, teachers train students with various means and strategies; teachers are also disciplined, in the predicament of being disciplined, bearing all kinds of discipline, dancing with shackles and shackles. Teachers need to go beyond their own discipline, seek their own liberation in planning, awareness, criticism, forgetting, liberate students in love and respect, and then better train people, more education, and less discipline in future teaching. More liberation of the soul, less imprisonment of life.
