面向在線學(xué)習(xí)平臺的數(shù)據(jù)可視化研究

【摘要】:以MOOC為代表的在線學(xué)習(xí)平臺的興起,引發(fā)了在線學(xué)習(xí)的熱潮。相較于以往的傳統(tǒng)教學(xué),學(xué)習(xí)者更傾向于隨時(shí)隨地的在線學(xué)習(xí)方式,這就意味著在線學(xué)習(xí)平臺中匯集了大量的數(shù)據(jù)信息,包括學(xué)習(xí)者信息、教學(xué)資源以及學(xué)習(xí)者在學(xué)習(xí)過程中產(chǎn)生的學(xué)習(xí)行為數(shù)據(jù)等。這些數(shù)據(jù)中蘊(yùn)含著大量有價(jià)值的信息,而要從這些數(shù)據(jù)中發(fā)掘出有價(jià)值的信息離不開人的分析能力與經(jīng)驗(yàn)。如何提高人們快捷理解數(shù)據(jù)的能力,或者如何將數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換成人們更容易理解的形式,是發(fā)現(xiàn)并利用數(shù)據(jù)價(jià)值亟需解決的關(guān)鍵問題。本文針對目前在線學(xué)習(xí)平臺中存在的困難,結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)可視化技術(shù)對在線學(xué)習(xí)平臺中的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行可視化分析。首先,本文介紹了在線學(xué)習(xí)平臺數(shù)據(jù)可視化的研究背景及意義、數(shù)據(jù)可視化的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀以及國內(nèi)教育領(lǐng)域可視化的現(xiàn)狀,闡述了數(shù)據(jù)可視化的基本流程、技術(shù)分類和主流工具。在數(shù)據(jù)可視化相關(guān)理論與技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)之上,以華中師范大學(xué)自主研發(fā)的云課堂為例對教育數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,其中包括對用戶的分析、數(shù)據(jù)模塊和類型的分析,并基于數(shù)據(jù)類型和可視化技術(shù)分類對數(shù)據(jù)可視化的布局進(jìn)行分析,針對教育數(shù)據(jù)中不同數(shù)據(jù)類型來選擇合適的布局方法。其次,根據(jù)在線學(xué)習(xí)平臺的數(shù)據(jù)可視化分析,完成數(shù)據(jù)可視化系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。首先根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)可視化的基本流程以及在線學(xué)習(xí)平臺中數(shù)據(jù)模塊的分析對系統(tǒng)的總體架構(gòu)、可視化模塊以及數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。然后在可視化需求分析、布局分析及設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)之上,選取合適的可視化工具著重介紹系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的可視化部分,包括可視化交互的實(shí)現(xiàn)和可視化布局的實(shí)現(xiàn)。最后,從教育管理者、教師和學(xué)生等三個(gè)用戶角色的角度出發(fā),對在線學(xué)習(xí)平臺的數(shù)據(jù)可視化系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行效果分析,證實(shí)系統(tǒng)的可視化結(jié)果在輔助教育管理者做出管理決策、幫助教師優(yōu)化教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)以及促進(jìn)學(xué)生自我評估等方面都提供良好的呈現(xiàn)效果,滿足了不同用戶角色的需求。綜上所述,將數(shù)據(jù)可視化技術(shù)應(yīng)用于在線學(xué)習(xí)平臺中,可以清晰直觀地展示不同類型的教育數(shù)據(jù),有效解決了由于數(shù)據(jù)復(fù)雜、量大而引發(fā)的問題。
[Abstract]:The rise of online learning platform represented by MOOC has triggered the upsurge of online learning. Compared with the traditional teaching in the past, learners are more inclined to learn online anytime and anywhere, which means that a large number of data and information, including learner information, are collected in the online learning platform. Teaching resources and learning behavior data generated by learners in the learning process. These data contain a lot of valuable information, and to find valuable information from these data can not be separated from the analytical ability and experience. How to improve people's ability to understand data quickly, or how to convert data into a more understandable form, is the key problem to be solved urgently in discovering and utilizing the value of data. In view of the difficulties existing in the current online learning platform, this paper analyzes the data in the online learning platform by combining the data visualization technology. First of all, this paper introduces the research background and significance of data visualization of online learning platform, the research status of data visualization at home and abroad and the present situation of visualization in the field of education in China, and expounds the basic flow of data visualization. Technical classification and mainstream tools. On the basis of the theory and technology of data visualization, this paper takes the cloud classroom developed by Central China normal University as an example to analyze the educational data, including the analysis of users, the analysis of data modules and types. Based on the classification of data type and visualization technology, the layout of data visualization is analyzed, and the appropriate layout method is selected for different data types in educational data. Secondly, according to the data visualization analysis of online learning platform, the design and implementation of data visualization system are completed. Firstly, according to the basic flow of data visualization and the analysis of data module in online learning platform, the overall architecture, visualization module and database of the system are designed. Then, on the basis of visual requirement analysis, layout analysis and design, the appropriate visualization tools are selected to introduce the visualization part of the system, including the realization of visual interaction and the realization of visual layout. Finally, from the point of view of three user roles, such as education manager, teacher and student, the effect of the data visualization system of online learning platform is analyzed, and it is proved that the visualization result of the system is assisting the education manager to make management decision. Helping teachers to optimize teaching links and promote students' self-evaluation provide good presentation results to meet the needs of different user roles. To sum up, the application of data visualization technology in online learning platform can clearly and intuitively display different types of educational data, which effectively solves the problems caused by the complexity and large amount of data.
