從“背離學(xué)科”到“回歸學(xué)科”:教學(xué)模式改革的迷失與覺(jué)醒

【摘要】:教學(xué)模式有一般模式與學(xué)科模式之別,其建構(gòu)、運(yùn)用與推廣應(yīng)充分考慮學(xué)科特性,然而當(dāng)下實(shí)踐中出現(xiàn)了典型的"背離學(xué)科"傾向,促使教學(xué)模式的實(shí)踐改革失卻本真、誤入迷途,流弊甚遠(yuǎn)。究其原因,在于管理本位的制度驅(qū)使、教育功利的心態(tài)作怪以及學(xué)科教學(xué)的研究薄弱等。基于此,從校長(zhǎng)、教師和組織三個(gè)方面提出教學(xué)模式走出"去學(xué)科化"誤區(qū)的實(shí)踐建議。
[Abstract]:The teaching model is different from the subject model, and its construction, application and popularization should take into account the characteristics of the subject. However, there is a typical tendency of "deviating from the discipline" in the practice, which makes the practice reform of the teaching model lose its essence. It's a long way to get astray. The reasons lie in the system driven by management, the mentality of utilitarian education and the weak research on subject teaching and so on. Based on this, the author puts forward some practical suggestions from three aspects of principal, teacher and organization to go out of the misunderstandings of "dediscipline" in teaching mode.
