中國(guó)邊境義務(wù)教育安全的區(qū)域類型——以云南省26個(gè)邊境縣為例

【摘要】:本研究以中國(guó)邊境云南段26個(gè)邊境縣為研究區(qū),運(yùn)用焦點(diǎn)小組、德爾菲法和熵值法構(gòu)建了邊境義務(wù)教育安全評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系;谀:龜(shù)學(xué)的模糊識(shí)別原理,使用邊境義務(wù)教育安全水平的平均值作為模糊識(shí)別的特征值,將邊境義務(wù)教育安全的區(qū)域類型劃分為八類。從2007~2012年云南省26個(gè)邊境縣教育安全的區(qū)域類型看,高水平教育安全型的Ⅰ類地區(qū)和低水平教育安全型的Ⅷ類地區(qū)整體呈增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)且縣份數(shù)量累積最高,其余6種教育安全區(qū)域類型縣份數(shù)量有增有減且數(shù)量累積相對(duì)較低,表明縣域之間教育安全區(qū)域等級(jí)存在一定差異且兩極分化加大。
