大學(xué)翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)效果實(shí)證研究——以《財(cái)務(wù)學(xué)及技術(shù)基

【摘要】:通過對(duì)翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂研究文獻(xiàn)的梳理,總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)改革的主要經(jīng)驗(yàn)和不足,結(jié)合"財(cái)務(wù)學(xué)及技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)"課程翻轉(zhuǎn)教學(xué)實(shí)踐,對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)行為、效果及其相互關(guān)系的實(shí)證研究發(fā)現(xiàn),大學(xué)翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂的教學(xué)效果取決于線上、線下兩個(gè)討論的設(shè)計(jì)和組織。大學(xué)翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)的關(guān)鍵是微課建設(shè);基礎(chǔ)是"題庫"建設(shè);慕課平臺(tái)是重要條件;課程考核設(shè)計(jì)是"牛鼻子";知識(shí)系統(tǒng)性是短板;關(guān)注學(xué)習(xí)困難群體是難點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:This paper summarizes the main experiences and shortcomings of the overturn classroom teaching reform at home and abroad by combing the literature of the flipping classroom research, and combines the practice of flipping teaching in the course of "Financial Science and Technical basis" to study the students' behavior. The empirical study of the effect and its relationship shows that the teaching effect of the university flipping classroom depends on the design and organization of the two discussions online and offline. The key to flipping classroom teaching in university is the construction of micro-class, the construction of "question bank", the important condition of the platform of course-admiring, the short board of knowledge systematization, and the difficulty of paying attention to the group of learning difficulties.
