【摘要】：儒家"精英治國"思想為韓國"影子教育"的發(fā)展提供了肥沃的土壤。自20世紀(jì)60年代以來"影子教育"對韓國的公共教育、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會等提出嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。韓國政府基于平等主義的教育理念,剖析導(dǎo)致"影子教育"的需求機(jī)制,積極采取不同政策進(jìn)行治理。本文著重梳理韓國"影子教育"治理的演變歷程,有助于更好地理解政府在"影子教育"擴(kuò)張中應(yīng)扮演的角色,期望對我國"影子教育"的治理提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:Confucian thought of "ruling the country by elites" provides fertile soil for the development of shadow education in Korea. Since the 1960s, shadow education has posed a severe challenge to public education, economy and society in Korea. Based on the educational concept of egalitarianism, the Korean government analyzes the demand mechanism leading to "shadow education" and actively adopts different policies to govern it. This paper focuses on the evolution of the governance of "shadow education" in South Korea, which is helpful to better understand the role that the government should play in the expansion of "shadow education", and hopes to provide a certain reference for the governance of "shadow education" in our country.
