【摘要】：我國(guó)澳門教師公約是順應(yīng)教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展要求、迎合澳門教育發(fā)展需要、符應(yīng)澳門教師專業(yè)化需求而緣起的,其制訂歷經(jīng)了啟動(dòng)、內(nèi)容咨詢、文本形成及咨詢、定稿公布、宣傳推廣五個(gè)階段。澳門教師公約宗旨明確、定位精準(zhǔn)、自下而上、專家引領(lǐng)、廣泛參與、注重過(guò)程,當(dāng)然,也存在一定瑕疵。
[Abstract]:The teachers' convention of Macao in China conforms to the demands of the professional development of teachers, caters to the needs of the development of education in Macao, and meets the needs of the specialization of teachers in Macao. Its formulation has been initiated, the content consulted, the text formed and consulted, and the final version published. There are five stages of publicity and promotion.
