【摘要】：為應(yīng)對(duì)當(dāng)今教育治理不斷增加的挑戰(zhàn),實(shí)現(xiàn)有效教育治理,經(jīng)濟(jì)合作與發(fā)展組織的成員國(guó)在中央、地方和學(xué)校等多個(gè)層面對(duì)教育系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了改革與調(diào)整,包括教育分權(quán)、加強(qiáng)治理參與主體的能力建設(shè)、重視教育系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)使用,以及發(fā)揮信任建設(shè)在教育治理中的重要作用等。經(jīng)濟(jì)合作與發(fā)展組織成員國(guó)的教育治理經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)推進(jìn)教育管辦評(píng)分離、促進(jìn)政府職能轉(zhuǎn)變、實(shí)現(xiàn)教育治理現(xiàn)代化具有一定的借鑒和啟示。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the increasing challenges of educational governance today and to achieve effective education governance, the member States of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development have reformed and adjusted the education system at the central, local and school levels, including decentralization of education. We should strengthen the capacity building of the participants in governance, attach importance to the use of data in the educational system, and play an important role in educational governance by building trust. The experience of educational governance in the member countries of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) has a certain reference and enlightenment for our country to promote the grading separation of educational management offices, to promote the transformation of government functions and to realize the modernization of educational governance.
