技術(shù)、教育與社會(huì):碰撞中的融合發(fā)展——2017高等教育版《新媒體聯(lián)盟地平線報(bào)告》解讀

【摘要】:2017年高等教育版《新媒體聯(lián)盟地平線報(bào)告》為我們展示了未來(lái)五年高等教育中促進(jìn)技術(shù)采用的六大趨勢(shì)、阻礙技術(shù)應(yīng)用的六大挑戰(zhàn),以及教育技術(shù)的六大進(jìn)展。本年度報(bào)告在傳承的基礎(chǔ)上有所創(chuàng)新。本文首先對(duì)報(bào)告的內(nèi)容框架和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了概述,接著從學(xué)與教變革、學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境與技術(shù)、教師發(fā)展、院校發(fā)展、教育信息化的社會(huì)問(wèn)題等五個(gè)方面對(duì)報(bào)告內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了分類(lèi)歸納與闡釋,分析了技術(shù)、教育、社會(huì)三個(gè)要素在教育信息化進(jìn)程中的相互作用,以及六大技術(shù)的進(jìn)展特點(diǎn)。在報(bào)告內(nèi)容解讀的基礎(chǔ)上,文章最后對(duì)推進(jìn)我國(guó)高等教育信息化發(fā)展提出了建議。
[Abstract]:The 2017 New Media Alliance Horizon report shows us six trends in promoting technology adoption in higher education in the next five years, six challenges that hinder the application of technology, and six major advances in educational technology. This annual report is innovative on the basis of inheritance. This paper first summarizes the content framework and innovation of the report, and then from the learning and teaching reform, learning environment and technology, teacher development, the development of colleges and universities, This paper summarizes and interprets the contents of the report from five aspects, such as the social problems of educational informatization, and analyzes the interaction of the three elements of technology, education and society in the process of educational informatization, as well as the characteristics of the progress of the six major technologies. On the basis of the interpretation of the report, the paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of higher education informatization in China.
