用地緊張超員運作中學(xué)建筑空間環(huán)境品質(zhì)提升典型案例研究
[Abstract]:At present, due to the rapid development of urbanization, schools in cities, especially in large cities, have limited construction land, the number of students has increased, and the development space of schools is limited. Most of them run a school under the condition of serious shortage of building space environment. The overstaffed schools generally face the problems of the shortage of old school buildings, the shortage of investment funds and the large amount of construction and renovation. Because of the continuous reconstruction and extension of the school buildings, the construction function is confused, the layout lacks coordination planning, the space organization is unreasonable, the safety hidden danger is many. Because of the limitation of space, it is difficult for some schools to meet the standard requirements, to realize standardized and standardized school running. In this case, these schools also take the use of roof or underground space, the use of external facilities resources, increase the area of school buildings, so as to consciously use the space inside and outside the school, to find ways to improve the quality of schools. Under this background, this paper puts forward that, in the face of the shortage of space environment resources of middle school buildings which have overstaffed operation of land use in cities, the quality of architectural space environment in typical cases is taken as the research object. Through the investigation and investigation of the present situation, the development course and present situation of the school are understood. At the same time, the high quality schools at home and abroad are analyzed, and the space environment of the school building and its quality optimization are studied. Therefore, the paper summarizes the present situation and the quality characteristics of the high quality schools, and puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of the quality of the building space and environment of the schools. This paper expects to understand the actual demand in the process of using middle school, make rational use of the space inside and outside the school, and optimize the quality of space environment of the existing school building through the adjustment of function composition, space layout and organization form. In order to find a feasible way to improve the quality of the space environment of the middle school buildings, it can not only meet the requirements of the current norms, but also further enhance the space environment of the school buildings to a higher level.
