教師教育國家級精品資源共享課建設:現(xiàn)狀、問題、建議——以“中學學科教學設計”類課程為例

【摘要】:以愛課程網(wǎng)上24門"中學學科教學設計"類教師教育國家級精品資源共享課為研究對象,采用內容分析法,從課程內容、課程資源、課程考核評價、課程教學團隊、課程特色等5個維度分析了中學學科背景下教學設計類精品資源共享課的建設現(xiàn)狀。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)課程內容建設中理論基礎研究稍顯薄弱、學科教學設計良莠不齊、教育技術應用的設計不充分;(2)課程資源建設中拓展資源數(shù)量明顯偏少;(3)課程考核評價中注重實踐能力的考核評價比例偏低;(4)課程教學團隊建設中部分課程教學團隊人員結構失衡。針對上述問題分別提出了相應的改進建議。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the author takes 24 "middle school subject teaching design" teachers' national quality resources sharing courses as the research object, adopts the content analysis method, from the curriculum content, the curriculum resources, the curriculum appraisal, the curriculum teaching team, This paper analyzes the present situation of the construction of the excellent resources sharing course of teaching design under the background of middle school subject from the five dimensions of curriculum characteristics. It is found that: (1) the theoretical foundation research in the course content construction is slightly weak, the subject teaching design is intermingled with each other, and the design of the application of educational technology is not sufficient, (2) the amount of the expanded resources in the course resource construction is obviously less than that in the course content construction. (3) the proportion of practical ability in course assessment is low; (4) the structure of some course teaching teams is out of balance in the course teaching team construction. To solve the above problems, the corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward.
