【摘要】：現(xiàn)今線下傳統(tǒng)的培訓機構中公和華圖已經(jīng)占據(jù)過半的市場份額。但兩家行業(yè)巨頭在三四線城市的教育資源布局力度和師資質量保障力度小,學員難以享受到均衡的教育資源,近幾年來涌現(xiàn)的在線教育平臺多以直播課為主,公考培訓市場的混亂程度不輸于2016年直播行業(yè)的“百播大戰(zhàn)”。粉筆以技術驅動型在公考在線教育行業(yè)中占據(jù)了一定的地位,但如何鞏固優(yōu)勢,能夠長期公考培訓行業(yè)上穩(wěn)定生存發(fā)展,值得研究。競爭情報的收集、整理和分析是現(xiàn)代社會企業(yè)成功的前提。在各行各業(yè)中都引起了對競爭情報的重視和運用。但關于公考在線教育平臺的研究和應用屈指可數(shù)。本研究旨在將傳統(tǒng)情報理論和競爭情報方法運用在公考在線教育平臺。本文首先從研究意義和創(chuàng)新點出發(fā),分析公考在線教育平臺的特點及發(fā)展概況;其次運用PEST分析法和波特五力模型對整個公考在線教育平臺的宏觀環(huán)境和微觀環(huán)境進行了全面分析,其中也涉及了對競爭對手的分析;再次,使用SWOT分析法對粉筆公考在線教育平臺的戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境進行深度分析,提出針對性策略。希望本論文對粉筆在線教育平臺的研究有實用價值,能夠對不止是公考在線教育,甚至是對整個在線職業(yè)教育領域中的每一個新興企業(yè)有一個策略指導性的作用。
[Abstract]:Now offline traditional training institutions in the public has occupied more than half of the market share. However, the distribution of educational resources and the guarantee of teachers' quality in the third and fourth tier cities of the two industry giants are small, so it is difficult for students to enjoy balanced educational resources. In recent years, most of the online education platforms that emerged in recent years are based on direct broadcast courses. Public test training market chaos is not inferior to 2016 live broadcast industry's "100 broadcast war." Chalk occupies a certain position in the online education industry of public examination with technology drive, but it is worth studying how to consolidate the advantage and to be able to survive and develop steadily in the field of public examination and training for a long time. The collection, collation and analysis of competitive intelligence is the premise of the success of modern social enterprises. In a variety of industries have aroused the importance and use of competitive intelligence. But the research and application of online education platform on public examination are few and far between. The purpose of this study is to apply traditional intelligence theory and competitive intelligence method to online education platform. Firstly, this paper analyzes the characteristics and development of the online education platform from the perspective of research significance and innovation. Secondly, the macro and micro environment of the whole online education platform is analyzed by using PEST analysis method and Porter's five-force model, which also involves the analysis of competitors. Thirdly, the strategic environment of online education platform of chalk examination is analyzed with SWOT analysis method, and the targeted strategy is put forward. I hope this paper has practical value to the research of chalk online education platform, and can have a strategic guidance role to every new enterprise in the field of online vocational education, not only the public examination online education, but also the whole online vocational education field.
