農(nóng)村小規(guī)模學(xué)校聯(lián)盟發(fā)展模式探究

【摘要】:農(nóng)村小規(guī)模學(xué)校是未來(lái)農(nóng)村地區(qū)長(zhǎng)期存在的一種辦學(xué)形態(tài)。農(nóng)村小規(guī)模學(xué)校的聯(lián)盟發(fā)展是基于農(nóng)村小規(guī)模學(xué)校尋求內(nèi)生式發(fā)展的強(qiáng)烈意愿、學(xué)校多元發(fā)展模式的創(chuàng)新需求以及提升辦學(xué)質(zhì)量的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要。農(nóng)村小規(guī)模學(xué)校聯(lián)盟在實(shí)踐運(yùn)行中具有政府部門的大力扶持、關(guān)鍵人物的辦學(xué)引領(lǐng)、共同愿景的合力塑造、組織制度的科學(xué)規(guī)約等特征。農(nóng)村小規(guī)模學(xué)校聯(lián)盟需要探索新的發(fā)展路徑,包括區(qū)域推進(jìn)學(xué)校聯(lián)盟、提升農(nóng)村校長(zhǎng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、加強(qiáng)利益主體參與、搭建信息化平臺(tái)等。
[Abstract]:Small-scale rural schools are a long-term form of running schools in rural areas in the future. The alliance development of rural small-scale schools is based on the strong will of rural small-scale schools to seek endogenous development, the innovative needs of the multi-development model of schools and the practical needs of improving the quality of running schools. In practice, the rural small school alliance has the characteristics of strong support from government departments, leading of key persons in running schools, joint efforts of common vision, scientific rules of organization system, and so on. Rural small-scale school alliance needs to explore new development path, including promoting regional school alliance, enhancing the leadership of rural principals, strengthening the participation of stakeholders, building information platform, and so on.
