大學(xué)生心理健康狀況在不同成長背景下的差異研究——以菏澤學(xué)院為例

【摘要】:目的通過了解大學(xué)生心理健康狀況,為做好大學(xué)生心理健康教育提供理論依據(jù)。方法利用癥狀自評(píng)量表(SCL-90)和自制大學(xué)生一般情況調(diào)查問卷,對(duì)菏澤學(xué)院1183名大學(xué)生進(jìn)行調(diào)查,并對(duì)不同成長背景下的大學(xué)生心理健康狀況進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果大學(xué)生心理問題主要集中在強(qiáng)迫癥狀、人際關(guān)系敏感和抑郁3個(gè)方面,不同成長背景的大學(xué)生的心理健康狀況不同,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論各院校應(yīng)該高度重視不同成長背景的大學(xué)生的心理健康特點(diǎn),科學(xué)、有針對(duì)性的開展心理健康教育活動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to provide theoretical basis for mental health education of college students by understanding their mental health status. Methods 1183 college students in Heze College were investigated with symptom Checklist (SCL-90) and self-made questionnaire. The mental health status of the college students with different growing backgrounds was compared. Results College students' psychological problems mainly focused on obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity and depression. The mental health status of college students with different growing backgrounds was different and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion all colleges and universities should attach great importance to the mental health characteristics of students with different growth backgrounds and carry out mental health education activities scientifically and pertinently.
