普通高中生涯教育網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:生涯教育是實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育的重要載體。高中生正處于身心發(fā)展的重要階段,是人生觀和價(jià)值觀形成的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期。生涯教育是形成人生發(fā)展認(rèn)識(shí)的重要方法,是了解社會(huì)發(fā)展需要的有效措施,是建立學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展內(nèi)在聯(lián)系的主要途徑。促進(jìn)自我設(shè)計(jì)與完善,為學(xué)生的終生發(fā)展和創(chuàng)造有價(jià)值、有意義的人生奠定基礎(chǔ)。生涯教育是幫助學(xué)生建立主動(dòng)發(fā)展的意識(shí),掌握生涯發(fā)展的技能和知識(shí),嘗試生涯決策,確立生涯發(fā)展目標(biāo),探索生涯發(fā)展途徑的目標(biāo)性教育活動(dòng)。普通高中生涯教育課程以推動(dòng)學(xué)生全面發(fā)展、個(gè)性化發(fā)展和終身學(xué)習(xí)為目的,啟發(fā)學(xué)生將學(xué)校教育與職業(yè)發(fā)展相聯(lián)系,激發(fā)學(xué)生的主動(dòng)意識(shí),提高學(xué)生適應(yīng)社會(huì)的能力,滿足學(xué)生個(gè)性化和多樣化發(fā)展需要,為學(xué)生長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展提供更多途徑與廣闊空間。普通高中生涯教育課程具有綜合性、實(shí)踐性等特點(diǎn),涉及多方面內(nèi)容,不僅針對(duì)職業(yè)規(guī)劃,更加關(guān)注學(xué)生的道德品質(zhì)、學(xué)習(xí)能力、身心健康、人文素養(yǎng)和社會(huì)實(shí)踐能力。該課程源于高中生生涯發(fā)展的實(shí)際需求,并且隨著網(wǎng)路的蓬勃發(fā)展,信息化社會(huì)的全面建立,以網(wǎng)絡(luò)為依托建立面向高中生的生涯教育平臺(tái)迫在眉睫。因此,本文就普通高中生涯教育網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)方面進(jìn)行積極地探索。一是在研究普通高中職業(yè)生涯教育理論基礎(chǔ)和實(shí)施模式基礎(chǔ)上,提出“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”時(shí)代下生涯教育的網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程模式;二是設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)面向高中生的職業(yè)生涯網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程平臺(tái),為高中生涯教育實(shí)踐活動(dòng)提供技術(shù)支撐;三是為高中職業(yè)生涯教育的規(guī)范化、系統(tǒng)化、專業(yè)化和全程化發(fā)展提供參考。主要實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑是普通高中生通過(guò)自我認(rèn)知、專業(yè)認(rèn)知、職業(yè)認(rèn)知、社會(huì)實(shí)踐、制定生涯規(guī)劃方案和方案評(píng)價(jià)。目前我國(guó)的高中生涯教育還處于初級(jí)階段,僅河南省教育廳明確出臺(tái)文件要求普通高中開(kāi)展生涯教育課程。社會(huì)上生涯教育類機(jī)構(gòu)的應(yīng)用方向主要是大學(xué)生的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃和發(fā)展,普通高中生涯教育網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),豐富了這方面的應(yīng)用。根據(jù)普通高中生涯教育課程的實(shí)踐性特點(diǎn),該平臺(tái)與社會(huì)實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,學(xué)生通過(guò)該平臺(tái)了解職業(yè)特點(diǎn)和要求,并深入用人單位獲得最真實(shí)的職業(yè)體驗(yàn),客觀認(rèn)識(shí)自己與社會(huì)的聯(lián)系。學(xué)生通過(guò)深入體驗(yàn)各種職業(yè)角色,自覺(jué)在制定升學(xué)規(guī)劃時(shí)融合參考。綜合以上內(nèi)容建構(gòu)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程平臺(tái)能夠把線上教學(xué)與線下實(shí)踐活動(dòng)有機(jī)融合,為高中生涯教育提供便捷、高效的管理平臺(tái),更好的引導(dǎo)廣大青少年喚醒生涯規(guī)劃教育意識(shí),提高生涯規(guī)劃能力,為學(xué)生提供個(gè)人發(fā)展與社會(huì)需求緊密結(jié)合的指導(dǎo)。為實(shí)現(xiàn)人人皆可成才,人人皆能成才,人人盡展其才的良好局面提供有力支撐。
[Abstract]:Career education is an important carrier of quality education. High school students are in an important stage of physical and mental development, which is the key period for the formation of outlook on life and values. Career education is an important method to form the understanding of life development, an effective measure to understand the needs of social development, and a main way to establish the internal relationship between learning and development. To promote self-design and perfection, to lay the foundation for students' lifelong development and creation of a valuable and meaningful life. Career education is a kind of educational activity which helps students to establish the consciousness of active development, master the skills and knowledge of career development, try career decision-making, establish career development goals, and explore the path of career development. With the aim of promoting students' all-round development, individualized development and lifelong learning, the ordinary senior high school career education curriculum can inspire students to connect school education with career development, arouse students' initiative consciousness, and improve students' ability to adapt to the society. To meet the needs of individual and diversified development of students, to provide more ways and broad space for the long-term development of students. The curriculum of career education in senior high school has the characteristics of comprehensiveness, practicality and so on. It not only aims at career planning, but also pays more attention to students' moral quality, learning ability, physical and mental health, humanistic accomplishment and social practice ability. This course originates from the actual demand of high school students' career development. With the vigorous development of the network and the establishment of the information society, it is urgent to build a career education platform for high school students based on the network. Therefore, this paper actively explores the design of network curriculum platform for senior high school career education. The first is to put forward the network curriculum model of career education in the "Internet" era on the basis of studying the theoretical basis and implementation mode of career education in ordinary senior high school. The second is to design and realize the career network curriculum platform for senior high school students, to provide technical support for the practice of senior high school career education, and the third is to provide reference for the standardization, systematization, specialization and overall development of senior high school career education. The main realization path is self-cognition, professional cognition, social practice, career planning and evaluation. At present, the senior high school career education in our country is still in the primary stage, only the Henan Province Education Department has issued the document explicitly asking the ordinary high school to carry out the career education curriculum. The application direction of career education institutions in the society is mainly the career planning and development of college students. The design and implementation of network curriculum platform for career education in senior high school enriches the application in this field. According to the practical characteristics of the ordinary senior high school career education curriculum, the platform is combined with social practice. Through the platform, students understand the professional characteristics and requirements, and get the most real professional experience in the employers. Objective understanding of their own relations with society. Students through in-depth experience of various professional roles, consciously in the preparation of the integration of reference plans. The network course platform constructed by the above contents can combine online teaching with offline practical activities, provide a convenient and efficient management platform for senior high school career education, and better guide young people to wake up their awareness of career planning education. Improve the ability of career planning, provide students with personal development and social needs of the close integration of guidance. In order to achieve everyone can become a talent, everyone can develop their talents to provide strong support for the good situation.
