教師的權(quán)力:成為“行動的知識人”

【摘要】:一名普通教師有何權(quán)力?普通教師常被視作教育場域中平凡而缺乏顯著權(quán)力的參與者,但他(她)卻擁有一種不平凡的權(quán)力,那就是成為"行動的知識人"的權(quán)力。"知識人"是有知識底蘊(yùn)的,具有建立在獨(dú)立思考與價(jià)值判斷基礎(chǔ)上的對生活、社會的真實(shí)理解,堅(jiān)守內(nèi)心良知,以強(qiáng)烈的人文關(guān)懷和批判精神關(guān)注現(xiàn)實(shí),追求社會進(jìn)步理想的人。成為"行動的知識人"的教師意識到教育場域中"規(guī)訓(xùn)"與"解放"教育之間的立場分歧,通過教學(xué)與交往的獨(dú)特方式,以自身的行動參與到公民啟蒙和人的解放事業(yè)中來,這既是一種有意義、有力量的行動,也是一種有尊嚴(yán)的生活態(tài)度的選擇。
[Abstract]:What power does an ordinary teacher have? An ordinary teacher is often regarded as an ordinary participant in the field of education who lacks significant power, but he or she has an extraordinary power to be a "intellectual person of action". " The intellectual person "has its own knowledge, which is based on independent thinking and value judgment. It has a true understanding of life and society, adheres to its inner conscience, and pays close attention to reality with a strong humanistic concern and critical spirit." A person who pursues the ideal of social progress. Teachers who become "intellectual people of action" are aware of the differences between "discipline" and "liberation" education in the field of education, and participate in the cause of civic enlightenment and human liberation through their own actions through the unique means of teaching and communication. This is both a meaningful, powerful action and a dignified attitude to life.
