【摘要】：在當(dāng)前城鄉(xiāng)一體化快速發(fā)展的社會背景下,建設(shè)城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)一標準的義務(wù)教育學(xué)校是我國為促進義務(wù)教育均衡發(fā)展、實現(xiàn)教育公平作出的重要舉措。但當(dāng)前城鄉(xiāng)義務(wù)教育學(xué)校建設(shè)標準并不完善,突出表現(xiàn)在:標準的系統(tǒng)性和科學(xué)性問題突出、未及時應(yīng)對教育的時代發(fā)展要求、學(xué)校的特色化建設(shè)空間不足以及相應(yīng)的監(jiān)督問責(zé)機制尚處空白等。因此,有必要針對這些問題提出以下優(yōu)化策略:明確教育管理部門對完善標準的責(zé)任;制定相應(yīng)的法律和政策,保障標準的真正落實;完善學(xué)校硬件設(shè)施建設(shè)并加強對其軟件建設(shè)的指導(dǎo);探索對標準的監(jiān)督問責(zé)管理等。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the rapid development of urban-rural integration, the construction of compulsory education schools with uniform standards is an important measure to promote the balanced development of compulsory education and to realize educational equity in China. However, the construction standards of compulsory education schools in urban and rural areas are not perfect at present, which are manifested in the following aspects: the systematic and scientific problems of the standards are prominent, and they fail to meet the requirements of the development of education in time. The characteristic construction space of the school is insufficient and the corresponding supervision and accountability mechanism is still blank. Therefore, it is necessary to put forward the following optimization strategies for these problems: to clarify the responsibility of educational management departments to improve the standards, to formulate corresponding laws and policies to ensure the real implementation of the standards; Improve the construction of school hardware facilities and strengthen the guidance of its software construction; explore the standards of supervision and accountability management.
