基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學平臺的混合學習模式研究

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的日益成熟,并廣泛地融入了教育中,對傳統(tǒng)的教育理念、教學結(jié)構(gòu)、教學方法、教學管理等體制帶來了巨大的沖擊,為當前的教育教學改革和創(chuàng)新提供了契機。在當前普遍運用的傳統(tǒng)“傳遞—接受式”課堂教學模式下,不利于促進對創(chuàng)新性人才的培養(yǎng),以及對學生創(chuàng)新性思維和生活實際中解決問題能力的發(fā)展。融合了在線學習和面對面學習優(yōu)勢的混合學習,近年來倍受國內(nèi)外研究者的關(guān)注,這一新型的學習方式可以優(yōu)化學習的過程,有益于促進我國教育教學的改革。本文通過文獻研究方法梳理了混合學習的概念,分析了混合學習模式設(shè)計的基本流程,并對當前的國內(nèi)外混合學習有關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀進行了評述,從而提出本研究的聚焦問題:第一,如何設(shè)計出有效的混合學習資源與活動,滿足學習者需求,保障教學質(zhì)量的提升;第二,在混合學習理論的指導下,教學者應該如何開展出有效的混合學習活動,并使教師和學生能夠真正接受這一種教學模式,提升實際教學效果;第三,在混合學習教學模式下,如何實現(xiàn)以學習者為中心主體的地位,發(fā)揮出教師主導教學活動引導學生學習作用的教學模式。針對于本研究提出的這幾個問題,在相關(guān)研究中已有的幾種經(jīng)典混合學習模式指導下,結(jié)合數(shù)字化學習網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學平臺的教育教學支持性功能的挖掘,本文設(shè)計了基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學平臺的混合學習模式,并運用行動研究的方法進行了兩輪的混合學習實踐教學研究,以探究混合學習資源的開發(fā)、學習活動的設(shè)計方法、混合學習的實施過程等。在教學實踐活動結(jié)束以后,運用問卷調(diào)查的方法,了解學習者的學習態(tài)度和學習滿意度,最后對混合學習的效果進行了反思。本研究結(jié)果表明,混合學習可以實現(xiàn)以學習者為中心的學習,為學習者提供更加靈活的自主學習空間,便捷的獲取學習資料的途徑,學生在知識理解的過程中可獲得更多的及時反饋。與傳統(tǒng)課堂教學模式的效果相比較,學習者學習積極性和課程學習成績都有明顯提升。同時,根據(jù)對混合學習活動參與者的問卷調(diào)查反饋結(jié)果表明,大部分的學習者表示能夠接受這種教學模式,并愿意長期通過這種學習模式進行課程學習,認為給他們的學習帶來明顯的優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:With the increasing maturity of Internet technology and its extensive integration into education, the traditional educational concepts, teaching structure, teaching methods, teaching management and other systems have brought great impact. It provides an opportunity for the reform and innovation of education and teaching. Under the traditional "transfer-acceptance" classroom teaching mode, it is unfavorable to promote the cultivation of innovative talents and the development of students' innovative thinking and problem-solving ability in life. The hybrid learning, which combines the advantages of online learning and face-to-face learning, has attracted the attention of researchers at home and abroad in recent years. This new learning method can optimize the learning process and promote the reform of education and teaching in China. In this paper, the concept of hybrid learning is combed through the method of literature research, and the basic flow of the design of hybrid learning mode is analyzed, and the current research situation of hybrid learning at home and abroad is reviewed. The focus of this study is as follows: first, how to design effective mixed learning resources and activities to meet the needs of learners and ensure the improvement of teaching quality; Secondly, under the guidance of the mixed learning theory, how should the teacher carry out the effective mixed learning activity, and make the teacher and the student accept this kind of teaching mode really, improve the actual teaching effect; Third, under the mixed learning teaching mode, how to realize the learner-centered position and give play to the teacher-led teaching activities to guide students to learn the teaching model. In view of the problems raised in this study, under the guidance of several classical hybrid learning models, combined with the digital learning network teaching platform, this paper excavates the educational and teaching supporting function of the digital learning network teaching platform. In this paper, a hybrid learning model based on network teaching platform is designed, and two rounds of mixed learning practice teaching research are carried out by using the method of action research, in order to explore the development of mixed learning resources and the design method of learning activities. The implementation process of mixed learning. At the end of the teaching practice, the author makes use of the method of questionnaire to find out the learners' learning attitude and satisfaction, and finally reflects on the effect of mixed learning. The results show that hybrid learning can achieve learner-centered learning, provide learners with a more flexible autonomous learning space, and facilitate access to learning materials. Students can get more timely feedback in the process of understanding knowledge. Compared with the traditional classroom teaching model, learners' learning enthusiasm and learning achievement are improved obviously. At the same time, according to the questionnaire feedback of the participants in the mixed learning activities, most of the learners indicated that they were able to accept the teaching model and were willing to study through the learning model for a long time. It is believed to give them an obvious advantage in their study.
