美國STEM教師培養(yǎng)的主要經驗及其啟示

【摘要】:近年來,美國積極實施STEM教育改革,并確立了教師在其中的關鍵引領作用,但同時STEM教育也面臨著教師短缺與流失的困境。文章經過文獻研究和比較研究發(fā)現,美國政府與社會各界在推進STEM教師培養(yǎng)中通過立法、資助持續(xù)支持、實施選擇性教師資格認證制度、支持互補式培訓等特色做法,有效地擴充和提升了STEM教師隊伍,積累了一些有益的經驗。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the United States has actively implemented the STEM education reform, and established the key leading role of teachers, but at the same time, STEM education is also faced with the plight of shortage and loss of teachers. Through literature research and comparative study, it is found that the United States government and all walks of life in promoting STEM teacher training through legislation, funding sustained support, the implementation of selective teacher qualification certification system, support complementary training and other characteristics. Effectively expand and improve the ranks of STEM teachers, accumulated some useful experience.
