美國(guó)STEM教師培養(yǎng)的主要經(jīng)驗(yàn)及其啟示

【摘要】:近年來(lái),美國(guó)積極實(shí)施STEM教育改革,并確立了教師在其中的關(guān)鍵引領(lǐng)作用,但同時(shí)STEM教育也面臨著教師短缺與流失的困境。文章經(jīng)過(guò)文獻(xiàn)研究和比較研究發(fā)現(xiàn),美國(guó)政府與社會(huì)各界在推進(jìn)STEM教師培養(yǎng)中通過(guò)立法、資助持續(xù)支持、實(shí)施選擇性教師資格認(rèn)證制度、支持互補(bǔ)式培訓(xùn)等特色做法,有效地?cái)U(kuò)充和提升了STEM教師隊(duì)伍,積累了一些有益的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the United States has actively implemented the STEM education reform, and established the key leading role of teachers, but at the same time, STEM education is also faced with the plight of shortage and loss of teachers. Through literature research and comparative study, it is found that the United States government and all walks of life in promoting STEM teacher training through legislation, funding sustained support, the implementation of selective teacher qualification certification system, support complementary training and other characteristics. Effectively expand and improve the ranks of STEM teachers, accumulated some useful experience.
