基于倫理視角下的教育公平問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),教育公平問(wèn)題一直是國(guó)民和學(xué)者關(guān)心的問(wèn)題。國(guó)內(nèi)專家學(xué)者已經(jīng)從經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、法律等不同角度對(duì)其現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了深入的探討與剖析,然而站在倫理角度對(duì)教育公平問(wèn)題的研究還比較少。人是教育公平問(wèn)題的行為主體和權(quán)益主體,因此對(duì)于教育公平的問(wèn)題研究更應(yīng)當(dāng)從人的角度出發(fā),著重研究人的公平,強(qiáng)調(diào)教育公平的倫理價(jià)值,從而促進(jìn)教育的和諧發(fā)展。本文主要采用文獻(xiàn)研究、綜合分析兩種研究方法進(jìn)行研究,從倫理學(xué)的角度出發(fā),深入剖析新時(shí)期中國(guó)教育公平缺失的原因,并提出了相應(yīng)的建議。論文主要分為四章內(nèi)容:第一章主要包含選題的目的、意義以及國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀綜述;第二章提出了新時(shí)期公平和教育公平的內(nèi)涵以及相關(guān)的倫理原則,依據(jù)傳統(tǒng)的倫理價(jià)值觀念,提出了在推進(jìn)教育公平進(jìn)程中必須遵循的三個(gè)原則,公正原則、平等原則和補(bǔ)償原則。第三章深入分析新時(shí)期中國(guó)教育公平現(xiàn)狀和教育公平缺失的原因,依據(jù)三個(gè)基本原則,從教育權(quán)利、教育機(jī)會(huì)、教育過(guò)程和教育結(jié)果四個(gè)方面分別揭示目前國(guó)內(nèi)的教育公平問(wèn)題。并深入探究導(dǎo)致我國(guó)教育公平缺失的原因。主要有五個(gè)方面:教育理念的落后守舊、現(xiàn)實(shí)貧富差距的持續(xù)拉大、教育資源配置的短缺失衡、教育體制不夠規(guī)范和教育公平的法律法規(guī)不健全。第四章從倫理學(xué)角度,提出解決當(dāng)前中國(guó)教育公平困境的建議。并依據(jù)三個(gè)原則和我國(guó)教育公平問(wèn)題,指出了我國(guó)在推進(jìn)教育公平進(jìn)程中,必須不斷強(qiáng)化國(guó)民的教育公平發(fā)展價(jià)值理念,實(shí)現(xiàn)教育資源配置的合理化和均衡化,構(gòu)建完整規(guī)范的教學(xué)體系和法律體系,從而促進(jìn)教育公平的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the issue of education equity has been concerned by the people and scholars. Domestic experts and scholars have made a thorough discussion and analysis of the present situation from different angles of economy, society, law, etc. However, the research on educational fairness from the ethical point of view is still relatively few. Human being is the main body of action and rights of educational fairness, so the study of educational equity should focus on the human equity, emphasize the ethical value of educational fairness, and promote the harmonious development of education. This article mainly adopts the literature research, synthetically analyzes two kinds of research methods to carry on the research, from the ethics angle, deeply analyzes the reason which the Chinese education fairness lacks in the new period, and puts forward the corresponding suggestion. The thesis is divided into four chapters: the first chapter mainly includes the purpose of the topic, significance and the current situation of research at home and abroad, the second chapter puts forward the connotation of fairness and education equity in the new period and related ethical principles. According to the traditional ethical values, this paper puts forward three principles that must be followed in the process of promoting educational fairness, namely, the principle of justice, the principle of equality and the principle of compensation. The third chapter deeply analyzes the present situation of China's educational fairness and the reasons for the lack of educational fairness in the new period, according to the three basic principles, from the educational rights, educational opportunities, Four aspects of educational process and educational results reveal the problems of educational equity in China. And deeply explore the reasons that lead to the lack of educational fairness in our country. There are five main aspects: the backward and old-fashioned educational concept, the widening gap between the rich and the poor, the imbalance in the allocation of educational resources, the lack of standardization of the educational system and the imperfection of the laws and regulations of educational fairness. Chapter four, from the angle of ethics, puts forward some suggestions to solve the dilemma of educational fairness in China. According to the three principles and the problems of educational fairness in our country, the author points out that in the process of promoting educational fairness, we must constantly strengthen the value concept of the development of education equity and realize the rationalization and equalization of educational resources allocation. Build a complete and standardized teaching system and legal system to promote the realization of educational equity.
