翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂:教師面臨的現(xiàn)實(shí)挑戰(zhàn)及因應(yīng)策略

【摘要】:作為一種新興的教學(xué)模式,翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂本質(zhì)上強(qiáng)化了學(xué)生中心地位,體現(xiàn)了深度學(xué)習(xí)的思想,彰顯了混成式學(xué)習(xí)的優(yōu)勢(shì),推進(jìn)了個(gè)性化學(xué)習(xí)的實(shí)踐,具體表現(xiàn)在教學(xué)范式的"轉(zhuǎn)型"、教學(xué)流程的"逆序"、教學(xué)本義的"回歸"和教育技術(shù)的"驅(qū)動(dòng)"等方面。由此,教師實(shí)施翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂面臨著教學(xué)理念、知能結(jié)構(gòu)、角色定位以及工作負(fù)荷等方面的現(xiàn)實(shí)挑戰(zhàn)。因應(yīng)上述挑戰(zhàn),教師應(yīng)"翻轉(zhuǎn)"思維,確立"學(xué)生中心"的教學(xué)理念;提升素養(yǎng),筑建復(fù)合型知能結(jié)構(gòu);準(zhǔn)確定位,重塑教師專業(yè)角色;理性審視,科學(xué)運(yùn)用翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂模式。
[Abstract]:As a new teaching mode, flipping classroom essentially strengthens the center position of students, embodies the idea of deep learning, highlights the advantages of mixed learning, and promotes the practice of individualized learning. It is embodied in the transformation of teaching paradigm, the reverse order of teaching process, the return of teaching meaning and the drive of educational technology. As a result, teachers face practical challenges in teaching concept, knowledge and ability structure, role orientation and workload. In response to the above challenges, teachers should "flip" thinking and establish the teaching concept of "student-centered"; improve literacy, build a compound structure of knowledge and ability; accurately position and reshape teachers' professional role; examine rationally and scientifically use the flipping classroom mode.
