“我與你”:知識(shí)視域中的師生關(guān)系及其構(gòu)建

【摘要】:師生關(guān)系是教育場(chǎng)域中最核心、最重要的人際關(guān)系,也是教育改革中的重要變革因素,是師生和諧發(fā)展、提升教育質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵性因素。師生關(guān)系經(jīng)歷了從"我與他"向"我與你"的哲學(xué)邏輯演進(jìn),以及從權(quán)威到民主、從規(guī)訓(xùn)到對(duì)話的價(jià)值取向的轉(zhuǎn)變。知識(shí)視域中良好師生關(guān)系的構(gòu)建面臨著知識(shí)本體性、工具性與傳遞方式變革所帶來(lái)的現(xiàn)實(shí)困境。因此,良好師生關(guān)系的構(gòu)建需要進(jìn)行"我與你"的主體間直接、民主、平等的相遇,需要通過(guò)平等對(duì)話,實(shí)現(xiàn)探索真理與自我認(rèn)識(shí);需要變革教學(xué),實(shí)現(xiàn)從"得"知識(shí)到"問(wèn)"知識(shí);需要和諧共生,實(shí)現(xiàn)共同學(xué)習(xí)與合作創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:The teacher-student relationship is the core and most important interpersonal relationship in the field of education. It is also an important reform factor in the educational reform. It is also the key factor for the harmonious development of teachers and students and the improvement of the quality of education. The relationship between teachers and students has undergone the evolution of philosophical logic from "I and him" to "me and you", as well as the transformation of value orientation from authority to democracy, from discipline to dialogue. The construction of a good teacher-student relationship in the field of knowledge is confronted with the practical dilemma caused by the change of knowledge ontology, instrumentality and transmission mode. Therefore, the construction of a good teacher-student relationship requires a direct, democratic, equal encounter between the subjects of "me and you," through equal dialogue, to realize the exploration of truth and self-understanding, and to change teaching. To realize the knowledge from "get" to "ask" knowledge, need to harmonious symbiosis, to achieve common learning and cooperative innovation.
