農(nóng)村教育的價值、特征與發(fā)展模式

【摘要】:農(nóng)村教育,是農(nóng)村地區(qū)面向區(qū)域內(nèi)多種人群傳遞普遍性與地域性的生產(chǎn)和生活經(jīng)驗,傳承人類文明和鄉(xiāng)村文化,促進農(nóng)村社會轉(zhuǎn)型和農(nóng)村地區(qū)多種產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,培養(yǎng)具備現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)生活能力和持續(xù)學習能力之人的社會活動。我國農(nóng)村教育具有鄉(xiāng)村性、多樣性、多元性和自治性四個特征,其發(fā)展模式主要為人口流動型、政府主導型、文化內(nèi)生型和產(chǎn)業(yè)聚集型四種類型。未來,農(nóng)村教育規(guī)模及結構的發(fā)展趨勢將呈現(xiàn)為:2030年前教育城鎮(zhèn)化速度進一步加快,2025年城鄉(xiāng)教育進入均衡發(fā)展時期,2030年我國將出現(xiàn)"教育逆城鎮(zhèn)化現(xiàn)象"。
[Abstract]:Rural education is to transfer universal and regional experience of production and life to various groups of people in rural areas, to inherit human civilization and rural culture, and to promote the transformation of rural society and the coordinated development of various industries in rural areas. Cultivate the social activities of people with modern production and living ability and continuous learning ability. Rural education in China has four characteristics: rural, diverse, pluralistic and autonomous. Its development pattern is mainly population mobility, government-oriented, cultural endogenetic and industrial agglomeration. In the future, the development trend of the scale and structure of rural education will be as follows: the speed of education urbanization will be further accelerated before 2030, urban and rural education will enter into a balanced development period in 2025, and the phenomenon of "education reverse urbanization" will appear in China in 2030.
