“成為你自己”:教師教育信仰的價(jià)值歸依

【摘要】:當(dāng)代社會的科學(xué)主義和工具理性導(dǎo)致了教師教育信仰的迷失。教育信仰體現(xiàn)教師對教師應(yīng)然價(jià)值的確信和職業(yè)人格的獨(dú)立。教育信仰是教師教育自覺的內(nèi)在根基、教學(xué)自由的精神動力和專業(yè)自我的理性表達(dá),其終極訴求表現(xiàn)為教師真正"成為你自己",獲得職業(yè)的獨(dú)立品格、專業(yè)權(quán)力和幸福體驗(yàn)。教師的教育信仰依靠教育環(huán)境的外部支持和教師的主體建構(gòu)而得以生發(fā),最終實(shí)現(xiàn)教師的自我超越、學(xué)生的良好發(fā)展和教育事業(yè)的持續(xù)進(jìn)步。
[Abstract]:Scientism and instrumental rationality in contemporary society lead to the loss of teachers' educational belief. Educational belief embodies teachers' belief in teachers' supposed value and the independence of professional personality. Educational belief is the inner foundation of teachers' educational consciousness, the spiritual motive force of teaching freedom and the rational expression of professional self. The ultimate demand is that teachers "really become yourself", acquire the independent character of their profession, professional power and happy experience. Teachers' belief in education depends on the external support of the educational environment and the construction of the main body of the teachers, and finally realizes the self-transcendence of teachers, the good development of students and the continuous progress of educational undertakings.
