積極心理學團輔對中職護生心理健康水平的促進作用

【摘要】:中職護理專業(yè)的學生是我國護理人才的重要后備力量。當代護士既要掌握過硬的專業(yè)知識,還要具備過硬心理素質,能夠承受各種心理壓力并適應不同的工作環(huán)境。這就要求我們需要采取有效措施提升護生的心理健康水平,使其擁有積極樂觀的心態(tài),只有這樣才能將她們培養(yǎng)成為適應環(huán)境和具有較高素質的人才。心理健康教育的目標之一是促進每個學生最大限度地發(fā)展自己。積極心理學非常關注積極心理品質的培養(yǎng),注重發(fā)掘內在潛能和美德,提升人們生活幸福感。這些追求與心理健康教育的發(fā)展性目標極為契合。團體輔導的形式多樣、極具趣味,團輔成員能積極參與其中,輔導效率高、效果好。因此,本研究以積極心理學理論為指導,采取團體輔導的形式研究提升中職護生心理健康水平更有效的方法。研究目的:1、分析中職護生心理健康總體狀況。2、以積極心理學和團體輔導理論為基礎,結合中職護生心理健康特點,設計積極心理學團輔方案,檢驗積極心理學團輔對中職護生心理健康水平的提升作用。研究設計:1、研究一:中職護生心理健康總體狀況調查研究方法:采用適應取向的中學生心理健康量表、生活滿意度量表(SWLS)、樂觀態(tài)度量表(LOT-R)和成人素質希望量表(ADHS),對中職護生心理健康狀況進行綜合評定。2、研究二:積極心理學團體輔導對提升中職護生心理健康水平的實踐研究方法:采取準實驗設計,對實驗班和對照班分別進行8次積極心理學團輔和常規(guī)心理健康課的教學干預。實驗干預前,干預后以及干預結束后的2個月對兩個班分別進行心理測驗。通過分析數據材料,評價團輔效果。研究結果:1、中職護生的心理健康狀況總體處于中等偏低水平。2、生活滿意度、希望對適應性心理健康有正向預測作用。3、積極心理學團輔比傳統(tǒng)心理健康課教學能有效地提升中職護生適應性心理健康水平,且在生活滿意度水平和希望水平的提升上具有更好的長期維持效果。4、初步形成了適用于中職護生的積極心理學團體輔導方案。
[Abstract]:The students majoring in nursing in secondary vocational school are the important reserve force of nursing talents in our country. Modern nurses not only master excellent professional knowledge, but also have excellent psychological quality, which can withstand various psychological pressures and adapt to different working environment. This requires us to take effective measures to improve the mental health level of nursing students, so that they have a positive and optimistic attitude, only in this way can they be trained to adapt to the environment and have a higher quality of talent. One of the goals of mental health education is to promote the maximum development of each student. Positive psychology pays great attention to the cultivation of positive psychological quality, to explore the inner potential and virtue, and to promote people's happiness in life. These pursuit and mental health education development goals are in line with each other. The form of group counseling is diverse and interesting, and the members of the group can actively participate in it, which has high efficiency and good effect. Therefore, under the guidance of positive psychology theory, this study takes the form of group counseling to study the more effective method to improve the mental health level of secondary vocational nursing students. Objective: 1. To analyze the general state of mental health of secondary vocational nursing students. 2. Based on the theory of positive psychology and group counseling, and combining the characteristics of mental health of secondary vocational nursing students, we designed the auxiliary program of positive psychology group. To test the role of positive psychology group in improving the mental health level of secondary vocational nursing students. Research Design: 1.Research1: the general state of mental health of secondary vocational nursing students was investigated. Life satisfaction scale (SWLS), optimistic attitude scale (LOT-R) and adult quality hope scale (ADHS),) were used to evaluate the mental health status of secondary vocational nursing students. 2. Study 2: positive psychological group counseling to improve the level of mental health of secondary vocational nursing students Practical research methods: quasi-experimental design, The experimental class and the control class were given 8 teaching interventions of positive psychology group and routine mental health class respectively. Two classes were tested before, after and 2 months after the intervention. Through the analysis of data materials, the evaluation group auxiliary effect. The results are as follows: 1. The mental health status of secondary vocational nursing students is generally on the low side. 2. It is hoped that there is a positive predictive effect on adaptive mental health. 3. Compared with traditional mental health teaching, positive psychology group can effectively improve the level of adaptive mental health of secondary vocational nursing students. And the improvement of life satisfaction level and hope level has better long-term maintenance effect. 4. A positive psychological group counseling program for secondary vocational nursing students was initially formed.
