【摘要】：芬蘭于2014年合并、裁撤國家層面現(xiàn)有的教育評價機構(gòu),建立了芬蘭教育評價中心。該中心在整體的發(fā)展理念和指導(dǎo)思想上與改革前相比并沒有發(fā)生質(zhì)的改變,即堅持"信任"與"合作"兩個基本信念,繼續(xù)走其所謂的"第四條道路"。這一機構(gòu)具有明顯的"半官辦、半社會"特征,是一種社會第三方參與教育評價的新模式,主要開展專題評價、系統(tǒng)評價、學(xué)業(yè)成就測評和高等教育機構(gòu)質(zhì)量體系審查等評價工作。
[Abstract]:Finland merged in 2014, abolished existing educational evaluation institutions at the national level and established the Finnish Education Evaluation Centre. Compared with before the reform, the center has not changed qualitatively in the whole development concept and guiding ideology, that is, sticking to the two basic beliefs of "trust" and "cooperation" and continuing to follow its so-called "fourth road". This institution has obvious characteristics of "semi-government, semi-social" and is a new model of social third party participation in educational evaluation. It mainly carries out thematic evaluation and systematic evaluation. Evaluation of academic achievement and quality system of higher education institutions.
