校院兩級管理下高校心理危機動態(tài)干預模式探析

【摘要】:高校心理危機干預既是一項維護校園安全穩(wěn)定的政治任務,也是培育大學生心理韌性的教育任務,既不能忽略其思想政治教育的整體格局,更不能忽略心理干預的專業(yè)特質。文章在校院兩級管理的背景下,論述了高校心理危機干預分工協(xié)作的管理新模式,從實務操作層面探析這一模式中的分層預警管理和動態(tài)聯(lián)合干預,同時需要以專業(yè)的督導培訓,避免高壓之下的工作耗竭,提升干預效能。
[Abstract]:College psychological crisis intervention is not only a political task to maintain campus security and stability, but also an educational task to cultivate college students' psychological resilience. It can not ignore the overall pattern of ideological and political education and the professional characteristics of psychological intervention. Under the background of two-level management in college and university, this paper discusses the new management mode of division of labor and cooperation of psychological crisis intervention in colleges and universities, and probes into the layered early-warning management and dynamic joint intervention in this mode from the practical operation level. At the same time, professional supervision training is needed to avoid work exhaustion under high pressure and improve the effectiveness of intervention.
