高校藝術(shù)社團(tuán)提升大學(xué)生心理健康水平初探
[Abstract]:The art associations of colleges and universities have been developing rapidly in recent years, and all colleges and universities have given great support in finance, venues and teachers' resources, which makes them become a new carrier to promote the all-round development of college students. From the related research, on the one hand, at present, the research on improving the psychological health of college students in mainland China mainly focuses on the single artistic form such as dance, chorus and campus culture to analyze the emotion of college students. The value of pressure and other aspects; the relevant studies in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Europe and the United States are mainly focused on the empirical research and discussion on the quality of college students by university associations, in which the research on the psychological health value of art societies is involved. However, there are few theoretical and empirical analyses, and few researches on how to improve the value of college students' mental health in art societies. On the other hand, the research results in recent years have repeatedly shown that the way to improve the mental health of college students needs to excavate a wider platform, while maintaining the original mode, mental health education needs to rely on some carriers to break through the bottleneck. Seek new ways and means. In this paper, it is an active attempt to seek a new angle of view and carrier for promoting college students' mental health by the exploration of improving the level of college students' mental health by art associations in colleges and universities. This thesis is divided into four parts: in the first part, it analyzes the research history and present situation, the existing problems, and defines the related concepts of college art association, mental health and so on. The related research on its mental health value is also discussed. The second part, from the perspective of college students' mental health, analyzes how the college art community activities can improve the students' correct psychological cognition, enhance the level of interpersonal interaction with others, form a positive direction of positive emotions, and bravely deal with setbacks, and so on. This paper probes into the content and value of the activities of college art associations acting on the development of college students' mental health. The third part, through questionnaire survey, from the perspective of empirical investigation and analysis of the current university art community students' participation, college students' participation in art community activities before and after the correlation and contrast, and through the direct response of the data. The direct and indirect effects of college art associations on the mental health of college students are obtained. In addition, the empirical investigation also provides evidence for the second chapter of the value of the psychological health of art societies, but also for the fourth chapter of the relevant construction ideas played a guiding role. The fourth part, from the university, the art association itself and the university student three different angle of view, proposed the university art association how to promote the university student's mental health level constructive thought: including opens the art association as the foundation elective course, Actively guide college students to take the activities of university art associations as their important leisure mode, carry out the construction of art associations at two levels, and take into account the quantity and quality; We should strengthen the professional ability of the teaching staff to guide the college students' mental health education, carry out regular performance activities such as psychological drama, and ensure the continuity of their participation in art societies.
