【摘要】：教育治理現(xiàn)代化是國家治理體系現(xiàn)代化的重要內(nèi)容。教育治理現(xiàn)代化強(qiáng)調(diào)政府、學(xué)校、市場、教育中介組織等對教育公共事務(wù)的共同參與,為政府的教育管理職能的轉(zhuǎn)變提供新的路徑。目前,我國政府的教育管理職能的轉(zhuǎn)變面臨政府職能轉(zhuǎn)變不到位、學(xué)校的自主性欠缺及教育中介組織發(fā)育不成熟等問題。要更好地推進(jìn)政府教育管理職能的轉(zhuǎn)變,政府需要調(diào)整其教育行政的價值目標(biāo)、優(yōu)化自身的組織結(jié)構(gòu)和調(diào)整其職能范圍以及履職方式。學(xué)校應(yīng)完善自身的管理體制,建立現(xiàn)代學(xué)校制度。教育中介組織需要加強(qiáng)自身能力建設(shè),提高承接政府轉(zhuǎn)移以及職能的能力。
[Abstract]:The modernization of educational governance is the important content of modernization of national governance system. The modernization of educational governance emphasizes the joint participation of the government, schools, markets and educational intermediary organizations in the public affairs of education, and provides a new path for the transformation of the educational management functions of the government. At present, the transformation of educational management functions of Chinese government is faced with problems such as inadequate transformation of government functions, lack of autonomy of schools and immature development of educational intermediary organizations. In order to better promote the transformation of government educational management functions, the government needs to adjust its educational administration value goal, optimize its own organizational structure, adjust its functional scope and the way of performing its duties. Schools should perfect their own management system and establish modern school system. Educational intermediary organizations need to strengthen their own capacity construction and improve their ability to undertake government transfer and functions.
