【摘要】：為了了解目前高等學校學生對心理健康教育的認知與評價,我們對全國10405名大學生進行了調(diào)查。結(jié)果表明,大學生對心理健康教育內(nèi)容有多樣的需求,但滿意度較低;對心理健康教師和心理咨詢師專業(yè)性的認可度較低,對網(wǎng)絡心理健康教育體驗較差,對大中小學心理健康教育銜接情況滿意度較低。學校黨團組織和社團開展的活動豐富了心理健康教育模式,而任課教師、輔導員等對心理健康教育的重視程度仍顯不足。高職院校學生存在自卑心理,與學生心理需求之間存在差距。當前,高等學校心理健康教育應著力提升師資軟實力,重視網(wǎng)絡心理健康教育體系建設,增強教師全員參與的積極性,完善心理健康教育大中小學銜接,樹立高職與本科分類指導的教育理念。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the cognition and evaluation of mental health education in colleges and universities, we investigated 10405 college students in China. The results showed that college students had various demands for mental health education, but their satisfaction was low, their professional recognition of mental health teachers and psychological counsellors was low, and their experience of network mental health education was poor. The degree of satisfaction with the connection of mental health education in universities and primary schools is low. The activities carried out by the Party groups and associations enrich the mode of mental health education, but the attention of teachers and counselors on mental health education is still insufficient. There is a gap between the inferiority complex of higher vocational college students and the psychological needs of students. At present, the psychological health education in colleges and universities should promote the soft power of teachers, attach importance to the construction of network mental health education system, strengthen the enthusiasm of teachers' participation, and improve the connection between universities and primary and secondary schools of mental health education. To establish the educational concept of higher vocational and undergraduate classification guidance.
