【摘要】：教育部等九部門發(fā)布的《關(guān)于防治中小學(xué)生欺凌和暴力的指導(dǎo)意見》,旗幟鮮明地提出了我國對于中小學(xué)生欺凌和暴力的積極防治態(tài)度,同時,抓住我國中小學(xué)生欺凌和暴力防治的著力點,針對實踐中存在的制度缺陷和現(xiàn)實問題,提出了建設(shè)性的意見,有利于相關(guān)主體采取積極、有效的行動,防治中小學(xué)生欺凌和暴力。
