PISA中國(guó)獨(dú)立研究實(shí)踐對(duì)構(gòu)建中國(guó)特色教育質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系的啟示——基于PISA2009中國(guó)獨(dú)立研究

【摘要】:基于PISA2009中國(guó)獨(dú)立研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)測(cè)試地區(qū)學(xué)生的閱讀素養(yǎng)平均成績(jī)低于OECD均值,數(shù)學(xué)素養(yǎng)和科學(xué)素養(yǎng)在國(guó)際上名列前茅;學(xué)生表現(xiàn)差距較大,城鄉(xiāng)差距、校際差距指標(biāo)均高于OECD平均水平;學(xué)生課業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)較重,閱讀、數(shù)學(xué)和科學(xué)課內(nèi)學(xué)習(xí)課時(shí)數(shù)指標(biāo)遠(yuǎn)超OECD均值;師生關(guān)系的多個(gè)指標(biāo)低于OECD平均水平。借鑒PISA的教育評(píng)價(jià)經(jīng)驗(yàn),關(guān)注中國(guó)獨(dú)立研究結(jié)果,積極研制符合我國(guó)各個(gè)年齡層段學(xué)生的大規(guī)模教育評(píng)價(jià)項(xiàng)目,構(gòu)建中國(guó)特色的教育質(zhì)量監(jiān)測(cè)體系。
[Abstract]:Based on the PISA 2009 China Independent Study, it is found that the average score of students in the test area is lower than the OECD average, and their mathematical and scientific literacy are among the best in the world. Many indicators of teacher-student relationship are lower than the average level of OECD. Referring to PISA's experience in education evaluation and focusing on China's independent research results, we actively develop large-scale education evaluation projects for students of all ages in China, and construct a monitoring system of education quality with Chinese characteristics.
