【摘要】：回顧分布式領(lǐng)導的緣起、內(nèi)涵與類型,分析教育信息化發(fā)展趨勢與教育資源共享情境,從分布式領(lǐng)導的視角,教育信息化領(lǐng)導力促進教育資源共享的過程可劃分為初創(chuàng)規(guī)劃階段、協(xié)同互動階段和主動創(chuàng)新階段。以此為基礎(chǔ),教育信息化領(lǐng)導力在教育資源共享實踐中不斷完善、螺旋演進。當起步與推廣階段的分布式領(lǐng)導方式逐漸嵌入教育資源共建共享過程中,則分布式領(lǐng)導逐漸進入比較成熟的階段,繼而在資源共享實踐中建立制度保障,滲透共享文化理念,形成自下而上、主動創(chuàng)新的氛圍。我國教育信息化已經(jīng)步入以應用能力建設(shè)為核心的發(fā)展階段,要探索多元共治的教育資源共建共享模式,注重內(nèi)外聯(lián)動,做好區(qū)域協(xié)同,形成良性循環(huán)的教育信息化生態(tài)環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Looking back on the origin, connotation and types of distributed leadership, analyzing the development trend of educational informatization and the situation of sharing educational resources, from the perspective of distributed leadership, The process of promoting the sharing of educational resources can be divided into three stages: the initial planning phase, the collaborative interaction stage and the active innovation stage. On this basis, educational information leadership in the practice of educational resources sharing constantly improved, spiral evolution. When the distributed leadership mode in the beginning and extension stage is gradually embedded in the process of educational resources co-construction and sharing, the distributed leadership gradually enters into a relatively mature stage, and then establishes the system guarantee in the practice of resource sharing and penetrates the concept of sharing culture. Form a bottom-up, initiative innovation atmosphere. Our country education informationization has entered the development stage with the application ability construction as the core. It is necessary to explore the educational resources co-construction and sharing mode of multiple co-governance, pay attention to the internal and external linkage, do a good job of regional coordination, and form a benign cycle of educational information ecological environment.
